As for my GRRRR, the car is now fixed. Luckily my husband was able to do it over the weekend, but there went $200 of my Christmas spending money. Keeping fingers crossed that it will make it until August when the last kid is out of daycare.

Luckily it is very slow so far this week. I think a lot of people took off the whole week for the holiday, a lot of stuff was getting jammed through at the end of last week.

I bought a bookcase for my daughter's room and put it together tonight, including the 70+ finishing nails used to attach the back. When I started putting the shelves in I realized I put the two vertical pieces in upside down. It took me almost an hour to dig 24 finishing nails out of the back of those pieces so I could move them.

I've mentioned it before but we have two boys ages 8 and 5. The 8 year old is a kind hearted, sweet, creative boy and the younger one is spunky, self assured, and funny. The 8 year old is a bigger kid, the same height as an 11 year old and also has the bulk to match. Meanwhile the 5 year old is smaller and thin.
It drives me mad to see people treating the two so differently. The 8 year old is expected to act years older than his age, he's often ignored and all the attention goes to my younger son. I get that the younger one is cute but don't people realize how heartbreaking it is to treat the two so differently? It's a problem all through the year but mainly around the Holidays when we interact with more of our family and close friends. GRRRRRR!

I feel ya on this one. I just moved to a city in Mexico, and there's garbage all over the sidewalks, which is exacerbated by the downpour currently happening. Trash flowin' through the streets.

Also, to add a GRRRRR.....there's NO RECYCLING PICK UP! Luckily they recycle at my partner's work. So I just give him what I can't reuse.

GRRRR in the past few weeks my sleep schedule has gotten reversed so I sleep all day and cant sleep at night. Even if I stay up all day I can't get to sleep the next night.
