I got an email about one of my orders being shipped. However didn't get an email about my other order that I put in and the first one said can't be tracked. Is it too early yet for the second one maybe? Anybody else get their email?

I think that as they address the tickets to be sent they are sending out emails. So if you placed your second order after the first then they probably just haven't gotten to it yet. They are probably waiting till they are all addressed and ready to go before they start sending them out. So as soon as they get that done you will probably be able to track it on the UPS site.

I received the email saying that they're on track to ship on or around the 19th.
I received this one too. Seems to me that the emails are going out in waves, and your tracking number will work as soon as UPS scans it into their system - on or after your shipmate date. (keep in mind, there are a few different dates depending on when you ordered or will order your tickets).
