ninjatune (canada) has a bi weekly, 2 hour radio program on their website called solid steel that has a vast array of music. electronic and not, always mixed. plus ninjtunes artists have been staples in electronic music for well over a decade
warp records (london) is in the same vain as ninjatune only bigger and with a much different style. also has tons of amazing musicians to check out form boards of canada to prefuse 73, aphex twin, squarepusher. they even collaborate with the london symphony from time to time
both are electronic music leviathans. you can find much more on offshoot labels and such by investigating these two labels you can also find a lot of "future shock" or noise based stuff hear in the states. like dan deacon, black dice, fuck buttons etc etc
check out ed banger records (france) for sassy electro music with tons of edits - justice, uffie
anticon )oakland) have some neat new unique stuff from time to time

Work through the pain...lol. I almost gave up glowstringing cause it hurts so effing bad, but once you get decent you won't do it nearly as often! Keep trying!
I will be back with some resources, but the stuff posted is already pretty good, imho.
