I think Jay-Z and Nas are too big to do a show like that at Bonnaroo, unless they had a headlining slot. Which I doubt. I don't think headlining hip-hop would be most people's cup of tea.
Karma for an Outkast reference, just because I have some Karma to give.
"I got big stacks. My pockets on Creatine." - Lil Wayne
Nas is only too big to play Bonnaroo in his own mind.
People want to call Kanye arrogant, but Kanye's never crucified himself in a music video or declared an entire genre dead cause he couldn't sell records anymore...

Is anybody going to see Jay-Z on this tour he's doing?
I would really like to, but tickets are just too [radio edit] expensive!
Yeah, you're right. I wanted to get up and buy 4 tickets, and resell two later. Kind of pay for my way to go. But I over slept and only ended up getting one. Oh well.
And agreed about Nas. He definitly used the "Hip-Hop is Dead" thing just to push buttons. Just like naming his greatest hits CD the N word.

Dungeon Fam in its entirety (not sure they have a stage big enough but it would be stellar!) Collective Efforts MC Chris J-5 Atmosphere Mad-Lib J-Dilla Busdriver Drop Bombz RZA & GZA Common
Doubt we'll see any of them at Roo....but the thought is nice!
yeah, dilla's making beats with jam master jay for the tupac, biggie, big l, big pun, o.d.b. and eazy e collaboration that will also feature special appearances by cliff burton, hendrix, and kurt cobaine singing the hooks. And j-5 pretty much doesn't exist anymore but i'd like to see:

The law, in order to enter the Wu-Tang You must bring the Ol' Dirty Bastard type slang Represent the GZA, Abbott, RZA, Shaquan, Inspectah Deck Dirty Hoe gettin low wit his flow Introducin, the Ghost..face.. Killah!! No one could get illa
Wu tang....well what we could get..would be the shit
P.O.S. Atmosphere Mos Def (with Talib, KW, and Lupe, I have a sneaking suspicion he/Common will be there, one of them t least is what im hoping for). Brother Ali The Roots
but i have to put my 2 cents in about wu. i saw them two days in a row when they played in nyc. it was amazing. it's rare that they'll all be together at a show lately... but everyone was there [rip odb] and they played the sickest show i've been to in a while. so i think anyone from wu tang could be at bonnaroo and that would be great, but if they were all there... wow.
i definately agree with doom and atmosphere. id love to see cage, living legends, immortal technique, or the roots there too.
oh, and maybe someone here can help me... ive been hear rumors that kweli dropped out of roo. am i crazy for believing rumors or did anybody else hear this? sorry for the SUPER long post.
