The Roo needs to have its late night DJ or Electronic act to keep me going threw the night. Don't get me wrong i love bluegrass, blues, and rock, but I need my Bass. I am hoping for more of a drum and bass DJ or act. Any one from Hospital records would be great. Or some good old break-beats from Florida. I like for Bonnaroo mix it up and lose the house-Trance vibe.

Basement Jaxx would be way badass at night. I would not sleep much that night. Other good acts that sound feasable. Trentemoller Fatboy slim Evol Intent Shpongle (I learned about them here) Sanchez and The Shockers (from nashville --> www.myspace.com/sanchezandtheshockers ) Portishead
I've seen them. They put on a pretty boring show. I mean, the music is great, but for all they do on stage, they mey as well put on a record and just stand there.
When I saw Amon Tobin in Chicago, he stood alone with all his gear on a very minimal setup. But he took his songs and twisted them, constructed and destructed them in so many ways that it was amazing to watch and listen to. That's what I want in an electronic act.
The movies DJ Shadow had in the background last year were pretty cool too. I remember when he played "Mashin on the Motorway" and the movie in the background was like this GTA themed road race. Pretty sweet visuals.

DJ Dangermouse(probably the best dj ive seen live,he owned it in 04.....i remember he came out on stage and was like "glad to be at bonnaroo, i just took some stuff so..hahaha" then he said" yall know me for grey album[beatles and jay-z].....well i aint gonna play any of that doodie tonight." ....but i dunno about that since that man is busy with a million different projects including gnarls barkley, which is about to release an album, so maybe they might get added.
a good trance band would be 1200 micrograms.....but they almost never play in the USA
I was searching through my closet for good running shoes (gonna go to the gym for the first time in over a year... woot!) and I found these pair of Lugz with Sneaker Pimps shoelaces...
This man came up to me just the other day, asked me I'd been born again. I told him, "I didn't think I had." That I had been rejected. But I think, Hell's got all the good bands anyway. And Bonnaroo.

Thats really dissappointing... was lookin forward to it but not quite so much now... course if ur ragein it doesnt matter much what they're doin on stage....
Now Sasha and Digweed like last year... i mean WOW
Ok I'm a disinterested observer. Electronica is not really my thing. I'm surprised by the lack of it on the line-up. After all it has been very popular at 'Roo the last few years. I suspect Superfly is planning something interesting in that area, like maybe a full time electronica and DJ tent similar to what they do at Voodoofest.

BUKEM N CONRAD would be great. I think some Hyper or Cyrstal Method doing a live set. Uberzone puts on a good show too. They just released a CD. The Winter Music Festival is in March so after that they might announce some acts. Ultra Music Festival in Miami is a big thing with every dj.
