I was just wondering who everyone thought would be in the last round. Not who everyone wants in the last round which has become the norm on these threads. I want to know who everyone seriously thinks will be added. No, Mars Volta won't be added. And sadly the Flaming Lips will probably not be either.
Right now the only realistic addition I can say is Bobby Bare Jr. That's of course because he has already said he would be there. So, who else?

I'd say that IF we get a Round 6, and I somehow doubt that we will, it will be limited to one larger add and two or three smaller bands. I get the feeling that Bonnaroo is not announcing the bands on the side stages. There are just a lot of bands already in the lineup, and I think it's unlikely that we'll get many more.
Sufjan would be awesome, but I think more likely additions include North Mississippi AllStars, Drive By Truckers, or Warren Haynes.
i wish NMAs would be there, too. they are one of my favorite bands. but, sadly its already been announced a few months ago that they will definitely not be there this year. but lets not rule out a Luther Dickenson sighting. he could totally guest with a number of artists (including Superjam), and probably will.
personally, im not counting on PJ. just my 2 cents.
I'm pretty confident there will be 1 more addition. But mute math and bobby bare jr might not be on it because I think they might be in the cafe's. Last year was the first year for those cafe's and they had a few artists that i think were as big as mute math and bare jr (Toubab Krewe and Jim Lauderdale) and if I remeber correctly the cafe's artists wernt listed on the main artist list. Is that right? Lookin like we are real close to a full plate tho, next step is the schedule!!
I do think there'll be a round six with no more than three or four acts, but definately one big one. I think one will be a jam band. If the North Mississippi Allstars were there, well, The Word would be complete, and they'd be great.

I think that a couple more big names are possible for round 6 (esp. if some more bands on the list end up in this new Preservation Hall Tent). That being said, I sincerly hope that Ween, George Clinton, Zappa Plays Zappa, or The GreyBoy Allstars are among those. I think roo really needs a 6th round w/ at least one more name that will generate some excitement if they expect to sell out this year.
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it
I am not sure if anything has been said or if there are clashing dates but I still feel it is possible to see SCI sign, them or Gov't Mule. They could be one or two big bands to sign for round 6 right? Oh please let a little boys dream come true superfly!!
At this point, I'm just going to assume that the bands we have are it. Thye're enough to keep me entertained for 3 days. Any additional bands would be a bonus, but I won't get my hopes up expecting anything.

Keller Willaims Something with Warren Haynes New Riders Of The Purple Sage Tea Leaf Green (Probably not) SCI (Probably not) Allman Brothers (Probably not)
Any one single add out of this list would make my day...
I don't know man, I think Warren might be guesting with the Wood Brothers or something. I mean, one doesn't suddenly not go to a festival when one's in part responsible for what the festival is, right?
