Hot Buttered Rum String Band - Friday June 16, 11:30 p.m. -On their website schedule If you havent heard or seen these guys I recommend you check them out. I saw them a couple months ago out here in Colorado, amazing bluegrass show. Strange that they got a cafe stage spot.
is anyone particularly interested in the comics? i totally am. i watch Comedy Central religiously and ive seen many of the artists coming to roo this year.
Dimitri martin is really good Vic Henley is hilarious Tom Papa is outstanding John Repp is the guy from the HEMI commercials. he looks goofy
and of course we have Patton and Lewis who im sure you all know about. cant wait for the comedy!
i'm looking forward to some comedy too. tom papa is really funny and i'm really psyched to see lewis black. it'll be a nice little break from the non-stop music.

I'm totally with you kemosabe... the comedy lineup is very high priority for me. now, correct me if i'm wrong, but the comedy tent will cycle through their lineup several times, right? So I'll have more than one chance to catch Patton's set... right?
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.

It cycled through a couple times last year. I know the big names like Charlie Murphy and Jim Brewer each did like 2 or 3 sets. IMO, Thursday night is the best time to catch the comedy acts.
