With the announcement of the Dresden Dolls and the new presence of the Preservation Hall tent, I've made some adjustments.
Note that I'm speculating that Bright Eyes and My Morning Jacket will share a tent on Friday night. Jim sings on a couple of the Bright Eyes tracks, and there is just not much time during the day for everything, so I have a strong feeling we'll see the two of them share a tent at night.

I'd be happy for them to have BE/MMJ late night, just like I'm happy about Dresden Dolls late night, b/c that's less of a chance for conflict for me since I don't care about any of those acts.
Friday: Maybe Oysterhead 2nd stage ~12-2 Tent 1: Umphrey's McBisco maybe starting a little after midnight (1 or 1:30) if Oysterhead is late night Tent 2: MMJ (I can't see Bright Eyes being late night at all. Hopefully Conor and James will be collaborating though) Tent 3: Lyrics Born followed by Blackalicious (I really don't think Common will be late night) maybe Jazz in the Preservation Hall tent
Saturday: Beck 2nd stage 1st tent: MMW 2nd tent: Caberet Tent w/ Dresden Dolls and/or New Orleans tent featuring Dr. John in his Night Tripper getup (One of these two things could be a regular tent and the other in the Preservation Hall tent) Third tent: some combination of DJs/smaller acts from the group of Sasha, Dungen, Balkan Beat Box. There could still be room for some additions (either DJ additions or maybe a big add to replace this) here.

I've really thought long and hard about the MMW late night thing and I REALLY doubt it will happen, only because they've done a late night set before and they don't seem to be repeating late night performers.

That is not neccessarily true. Sound Tribe Sector 9 has played late night twice already (03 & 05).
If Oysterhead is playing on Friday night, I wouldn't expect Umphrey's McBisco to start any later than 12AM. In another thread, (http://bonnaroo.proboards21.com/index.cgi?board=music&action=display&thread=1145300635) someone had posted the rumored schedule as to what is to happen.
Don't get me wrong, I'd like to see both Oysterhead and Umphrey's McBisco, but seriously, they have to break up the crowds somehow. Bonnaroo is full of tough choices, and anyways, people can always check out the UM/Bisco show after Oysterhead, but I have a feeling that UM/Bisco will be playing for a LONG time on Friday night.

As others have said, they have started to repeat the late nights the last few years, and I think that especially with Oysterhead definitely absent, there is a "jam-friendly" void on Saturday night that either MMW or an addition will fill.
I think moe. is scheduled(as far as we know) for Sunday, so that rules them out. The last time moe played was 04, on Sunday, on the big stage--it wasn't really their best show. They're more suited to the late night, like their legendary 02 battle against Galactic. moe would be a good late show for this year, especially with a bunch of guests.
2nd stage - Oysterhead Tent 1 - UM/Bisco Tent 2 - Randolph (maybe?) Tent 3 - Do we really think MMJ will do a late nite? What evidence is there?
SAT:
2nd Stage - Beck Tent 1 - dresden Dolls Tent 2 - Sasha/Streets (maybe?) or Cypress Hill (they might make CH play during daylight..) Tent 3 - MMW (feeling certain here)
Randolph plays California on Saturday I think, so I'm expecting he'd be more likely to play during the day. I might not have that exactly right, there's a thread on it somewhere.
The MMJ thing is mostly speculation, I think. Someone posted a link to a NYC indie site that mentioned they heard word of a late night set for them (this may have been before the lineup announcement even). Don't have a link for that but its around here somewhere (maybe deep in the schedule thread?). I'm thinking its likely because the repeat acts that Bonnaroo has seem to move to new stages, slots, or even lineups to mix it up. moe went from late night tent to 2nd stage closers to the main stage, RRFB has moved around to every different stage and time slot. I just think its kind of a natural progression. I also think they would absolutely kill in that setting, even if it might be so conflicty I would miss their set.
Basically pure speculation though to answer your question (everything besides UM/Bisco and the Dresden Dolls now is as far as I know).
The Streets are showing Sunday as the date right now for what its worth.
I'm just bumping this thread because I'm tired of searching down to page 3 or what not to find it. Yeah, sorry, useless post, back to what you were doing...

MMW = no late night... unless its an uber late-night early morning set following umphreys/biscuits
they're gonna add somebody to fill that MMW saturday late night slot... hopefully P-funk or something jammy... I really think a NOLA tribute late night will go down Saturday night too but in the jazz preservation tent
At least people are agreeing that there seems to be a void in the Saturday night lineup. Either they are going to put in people you guys say won't have a late night set, or there is going to be a big late night jam add.
that they will be doing a late night event. My guess is that means they will parade into Centeroo, Mardi Gras style, then tear shit up till 4am. I also think there will be plentiful New Orleans sit-ins. Some have mentioned Dr. John with his Night Tripper stylez. We also have The Neville Brothers and Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk, not to mention some of their frequent collaborators Eric Krasno and Robert Randolph. Shit is surely guaranteed to be THE FIYA!

Juggernaut - Dresden Dolls are guaranteed. Beck is a HUGE name, and will therefore hopefully play a stage. Rebirth is also guaranteed, and will probably play w/ all the big NOLA artists that are there this year (Dr. John, etc.). And Sasha is one of the best DJs in the WORLD - I mean he has played EVERYWHERE!! What else could you want?
And you know Rebirth will jam it out, bdburk. They're a friggin' second line funk brass band from NOLA!
Yeah you could go either way with the Oysterhead - I really think they're gonna be main stage before Petty (as much as I'd prefer they be late night). If they played Friday night it would be so rediculously loaded, I wouldn't know what to do with myself.
As far as Saturday, I can't say I disagree with the jam requests, but I think Sasha has that last tent - the other stuff is pretty much confirmed. Beck will be quite the draw there - keep in mind he's the first act listed on the Bonnaroo site after the 3 headliners.

The whole point of all 'roo scheduling is to completely overload you and force you to make life-altering choices. Hence O-Head playing late night Friday.

Don't rule anything out for latenight. Wakarusa has late night shows this year from 12-5:30am. I believe they filled 14 total after midnight stage spots.

Let's not forget that there are 4 tents this year w/ the addition of the preservation jazz tent (this tent, the other tent, and that tent being the other 3).... I think gtrwrecked's focus is right on w/ the addition of two more late night acts friday and saturday... probably some nola jazz tent friday night and a jam band in one of the tents saturday night (hopefully someone not listed yet but out of the current saturday acts I would think Dungen and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah - although these bands qualify more as indie than jam)
So basically... I see a saturday late night jam add

:: DR. JOHN TO RESURRECT THE NIGHT TRIPPER AT BONNAROO ::
We are proud to announce a very special late night performance. Dr. John will resurrect his Night Tripper persona for the first time in over three decades for his performance at Bonnaroo. Dr. John is universally celebrated as the living embodiment of the rich musical heritage exclusive to New Orleans. In the '60s, he developed the charismatic persona of Dr. John The Night Tripper. Adorned with voodoo charms and regalia, a legend was born with his breakthrough 1968 album Gris-gris, which established his unique blend of voodoo mysticism, funk, rhythm & blues, psychedelic rock, and Creole roots. The Night Tripper phase of Dr. John's career, featuring his unique fusion of Mardi Gras jubilation and spiritual mysticism marked, altered and broadened the scope of popular music forever.
This special performance will be part of a New Orleans themed event that will also include Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk which features an all-star cast of some of the city's finest musicians. The Rebirth Brass Band will also join in, lending their celebratory brass band sound to what will be an unforgettable night.
