so yesterday, i decided that my knee has been good for a long time and i'd attempt a leg workout - first time in years.
the good news: my knee doesnt seem the worse for wear. yay fishoil pills!
the bad news: my ass hurts from one of those machines. as in - the muscle hurts. ow. and my calves.... OW!!! point learned: just because i can lift all that weight (and i went light) doesnt mean i should.
^^ My ass hurts too. Just got my Bicycle tuned back up since last Fall and been going on some decent rides. Takes a few days for the butt to get broke in again. Great weather for riding around here though.
