I've heard that with regular camping/parking you basically just get a small space in front of your car to set up camp, so what happens if you're travelling with many people and you have to set up multiple tents? :/ ( In my case i'm travelling with about 3 others)
Also, i was wondering about the tent only camping. How do you get in on that and is it easy to find? Do you just request it when you drive in? i was under the impression that at the gate they just assign you a parking place and that's where you end up camping. Could somebody fill me in on the specifics of regular camping vs tent only?
The tent only section is first come, first serve. You will be parked, and then you'll hike your gear toward Centeroo. When you receive your festival map at the gate, the map should clear up an question on where the tent only section is located.
If you decide to stick by the car, I understand it's a good idea to have your tents handy so you can start rolling them out once your car comes to a complete stop. The tents do get a bit dense, but from what I've seen most areas aren't over crowded. Someone who's actually driven into the site to camp may have more tips.

You will be fine with multiple tents in regular camping. Just start setting up immediately and let your neighbors know how much room you need. Our neighbors had 3 tents last year and there was plenty of room for all.
You will definitely be fine with your amount of space and if taking multiple cars, your front car needs to tell the parker and he'll put you in kind of a box formation to give you a little more campsite.
One BIG piece of advice as a 5 year vet. As soon as you get out of your car, crack a beer chug half quick, and get to work. What I mean is if you don't immediately start staking your claim with your canopies and tents, Your space will be infringed upon by your neighbor. There are no offical boundaries once parked, So get to work and get your phatty spots.

i would make sure that you are all together when you arrive. in the past i have seen some cars pulled to the side until there friends catch up and the traffic team let them all go in together. let the people in the campsite know that you have multiple cars and they should be cool to put you all in the same line of cars.

you should have no worries.
I, on the other hand, somehow have to set up my 15 x 17' shade tent and 10' x 10' sleeping tent without pissing anyone off. That is for more than one car's worth of people though, so the space grows with how ever many cars you bring for the same group.
