Last year I saw a guy wearing either a skirt or a sarong, can't remember which, near the solar stage. I'm guessing he had just bought it, because he stopped, dropped his undies, and threw 'em in the trash. "Hmmm....", I thought, "Maybe he knows something I don't..." I wouldn't be afraid of it compromising my masculinity, but I'm sure I'd look bloody awful in anything like a skirt or sarong (wife thinks I should go for it though).

I have a couple of sarongs, I wear them around camp some, but not usually out into things, I need pockets to badly. Also no matter how well you put one on you will have to stop and adjust it at some point.

I never have to adjust mine, what I do is tie the corners together and then roll up the top part that's around my waist, never loosens or falls down I can even wear it during late nights and not have to worry about it coming off. Unless I want to take it off and use it for a cape or something.
