It's the most wonderful time of the year... the annual Spotify year in music wrap up.

On the page that shows you the little card you hit the download button (the down arorw next to the Facebook and Twitter widgets). Drag that downloaded image to imgur and post the direct link that ends in .jpg on Inforoo using the img tags.

How do I post my playlist?
On the desktop app you click the small circle with three dots in it that is next to the follow button. Go down to the share option and select "copy playlist link." Once you post the link in the reply box the board will take care of the rest.

There are a whole bunch of songs from my Top Songs playlist on my Songs That Got Away playlist. It’s also weirdly similar to tЯist♡n’s. Thanks for the personalized results that are not at all based on payola, Spotify!
Just listen to more 2 Phish albums next year and you’ve got him beat.
E: I apparently didn’t have enough data to calculate my history. Translation: who tf listens to Scandinavian jazz and how do we tally that?
I don’t think that’s the reason.
I’m pretty sure it’s because I cancelled my account to try Apple Music and came back 6 months later. Otherwise, I really have no clue as to why. I do have a playlist but no raw data.

These algorithmically designed playlists, in other words, have seized on an audience of distracted, perhaps overworked, or anxious listeners whose stress-filled clicks now generate anesthetized, algorithmically designed playlists. One independent label owner I spoke with has watched his records’ physical and digital sales decline week by week. He’s trying to play ball with the platform by pitching playlists, to varying effect. “The more vanilla the release, the better it works for Spotify. If it’s challenging music? Nah,” he says, telling me about all of the experimental, noise, and comparatively aggressive music on his label that goes unheard on the platform. “It leaves artists behind. If Spotify is just feeding easy music to everybody, where does the art form go? Is anybody going to be able to push boundaries and break through to a wide audience anymore?”

I never check out the Spotify curated themed playlists. I should probably look into Discover sometime though. The couple of times I've tried it weren't bad.
