Trying to mix things up a bit here from my previous mock.
Most fucked up part of the Chester Bennington thing is the fact that he was godfather to Cornell's kids and today's Cornell's bday if I saw right. Shit is crazy.

Man Pigeons just kill it every time. Such a fun hour and 15 minute set tonight. Best Psycho Killer cover yet. Hung with the bass player Ben for a bit after the show and talked about Peach and Lockn. Great early night. They totally should have headlined.

If you have Twitter and some kind of recording mechanism, the day off Monday or don't sleep, FYF is streaming Nine Inch Nails Sunday. That's 8pm-2am Central so I'd assume it's coming on 12:15/12:30.
Yeah man I got Roger Waters Sunday night so I'm gonna miss that stream (and Thrones ) but I'm hoping some1 will rip it and throw it on YouTube like the Lolla show.
Here is a link to the Nashville Live on the Green free concert series this summer. I plan to check some of these out. www.liveonthegreen.com/
Appreciate the info on live streaming performances.
Of probably some interest to you, Arcade Fire is doing a global live stream on Apple Music from Brooklyn next Thursday at 8:30EDT/730 Central. I'm 95% sure that it's free, and it's on the eve of their much talked about album release for Everything Now.
The Mutemath show was awesome good. Loved his little girl coming on stage. I would go see them again. Drummer is totally crazy into the music and performance. No sleepers in the crowd for this show.

That mock was hard to even type it's so awful. But it would it be THAT surprising? At least it'd be an easy pass.
That would not be surprising at all. I like Red Hot Chili Peppers and J. Cole. But I've seen Red Hots enough times (and probably will end up seeing them at ACL again as well) so unless they were doing RHCP plays the old shit I want to hear or until they do a tour featuring any of their first 6 albums (RHCP, Uplift Mofo Party Plan, Freaky Styley, Mother's Milk, BSSM or One Hot Minute) I've had my fill. I only saw J. Cole once, and it was good. People hate on him, but I enjoyed the part of the show I saw and would see him again. The rest are apropos for Hangout, but none of them are acts I want to see. Same goes for if you would have rescheduled Frank Ocean. He got a lot of credit for his show at F*** Yeah Fest this weekend. While I personally find that astounding, there isn't any song he could ever sing that would make me want to see him any more than seeing The Weeknd. For people who like soulful R&B of the modern era, it's fine. For me, no. Charles Bradley has soul.
I don't know if there is any decent mock for the first 2-3 lines that Goldenvoice would realistically put out that would interest me. I'm sure there will be a few acts worth seeing as always - just not for $1,000.
so one of the local stations here does a monthly block party show and its usually decent but they mainly cater to the generic indie pop/rock type stuff. They grabbed the Revivalists for the last one i went to in June so i was pumped. Next month is Portugal The Man which is a big surprise to me and less surprising is that the other acts are Judah and The Lion and Vance Joy who couldn't fit less. Even funnier is now it looks like Vance joy is actually the headliner which is depressing.
