They didn't offer you any money?
They typically e-mail me once or twice a week. I ignore them all.
They used some serious push-PR and advertising last year (I was at multiple fests that were littered with Imagine Fest handouts) and every blog known to man writes about it (like Phein said). But they have a major opportunity to grab a hold of the edm fans looking for a camping fest in Atlanta and the southeast in general if this year goes smoothly. TomorrowWorld may have been the shittiest fest in the country but it left a HUGE amount of people looking for a new fest (obviously Shaky Beats will compete for their money too).
TomorrowWorld's lineup last year (and every year, really) is like the second coming of Jesus compared to this dour lineup.
The jam and musical side of it isn't bad so far. As always, any festival with Lotus gets that benefit. Beats is always good (will be seeing them tomorrow).
I was told last year by one of my kids and some of his friends that they had a good time at it. I don't have a proverbial dog in the fight. I only put the thread up because I saw the news and they are apparently going for "big" with the move to the speedway. It's Phase 1, and I'd assume a ton more DJ's I wouldn't want to see. But if they add more jam and jamtronica, that's at least a plus for people who prefer instruments to buttons.
