Thank you!! But, alas they are not accepting new signups at this time. I'm not sure how dropbox works but I have it on my mac. I'd be forever grateful if you could help me out!
Will do. Dropbox is super easy I'll send you an invite PM me the email address you want it sent to. I'm downloading that set now. InternetKane there are various free tools you can use to extract the audio from an .mkv file, google around a bit. In the meantime I'll get you halfway there by uploading that video to dropbox PM me an email you want the invite sent to. Also anyone else interested in the Ben Folds set send me an email address and I'll send the invite.
Do you by chance still have this on your dropbox? I've been dying to find Brandi Carlile! I'd be forever grateful!!

Before I go through the trouble, is the Superjam on dimeadozen the full length one? Also, if anyone finds the bluegrass superjam I will buy you a beer next year.
I just started watching it and sadly it is not the live stream it's the replay so it's cut to 1:18:00. Bummer. Hopefully someone else caught it while it was on. In any case tapers caught it so there will be a full audio version available at least.
The Superjam was never aired live, its only showing was 11 pm ET on Sunday.
any chance you have this in MP4 so I dont have to install a custom player?
Unfortunately I don't & so far everything on dime is .mkv files. I use VLC player for all my media on my computer. I've yet to encounter a format it doesn't handle. You can use VLC to convert the file from .mkv to .mp4 but you have to install VLC first which sort of defeats the point. If your looking to have an mp4 version for a mobile device you could benefit by getting VLC.
I didn't actually check the quality. I was just comparing the length of the videos and the size/dimensions of the video. When those would match up I just stuck with whichever one I had already downloaded.
I did a quick side by side of D'Angelo and this might just be me or my setup but the video doesn't look as sharp on youtube (full screen mode set to 720p). The Dime video looks like it was broadcast over live TV where as the Youtube video looks just a little pixelated. As far as the audio goes I'm not hearing any discernible difference between the two.
Alabama Shakes Bonnaroo Complete 720p Webcast June 12, 2015 According to the thread comments section there is a better version coming soon. I haven't seen this one yet but it's not crap. It doesn't include a setlist or any technical specs at this time (the person who upped it may add the setlist at some point to the NFO).
Thanks for posting this, as getting a dime dozen account has been impossible for me.
Does anyone know how to get the audio and video to sync up on these? I've downloaded MMJ, Moon Taxi, Gary Clark Jr. so far and all have had huge gaps. I remember the Superjam from last year kinda being off, but not nearly as noticable as this. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Here's the dime version. I uploaded it to mega. Sync is spot on. I'm using VLC to watch it.
Happy to share! SO last night my modem crapped out and I've been w/out stable home internet for the past 24 hours. This is the 4th time I've attempted to up Gary Clark Jr. Super annoying because it seems if your internet crashes regardless of how far along you were with your upload Mega will make you start it again. But I finally got it up there!
SuperCAM? Here is Gary Clark Jr. from Dime. Also in the link linana posted you will now find that Bleachers set you were looking for. I haven't watched it yet myself so I can't say whether or not is has that sync problem you were experiencing. The Dime show I'm sharing is spot on and damn what a great set! I'm regretting that I missed it in person but really happy it got captured. Enjoy! Gary Clark, Jr. - 2015-06-13 Bonnaroo Festival, Manchester, TN [720p]
By tomorrow morning(ish) I'll have Mumford uploaded and I'll share that link. While my download speeds are +1 nominal my upstream speed is shit! Like 113 KB/s shit! So it takes on the order of 3.5 to 6 hours for my computer to finish uploading a single webcast. I just started upping Mumford and my ETA is +/- 7.5 hours! I only mention this because if there is anyone else out there w/ a Dime account in good standing (i.e. you got a safe amount of GB's to spare before endangering your share ratio) and decent upload speeds please feel free to help in this endeavor!
To recap what I've been able to share so far (would have been a couple more had my intertubes not blown out yesterday ) :
EDIT: If there are any tapers out there who think I shouldn't be doing this for some reason please let me know! The people who originally upped these shows did all the real work. What I'm doing is just a handful of key strokes and a couple of mouse clicks. I don't in anyway want to take away from their contribution. Really I'm just re-gifting if you think about it!
Thanks so much!! I got the Brandi Carlile set I wanted. Now if I can just find the time to watch the whole thing, and all the other sets I've been downloading. Greatly appreciate your time and efforts monkybunney.
Just an FYI, the Bleachers set on the reddit link is really jumpy/laggy and is cut 10-20 minutes short.
Bummer..I haven't had A chance to watch that one yet. MMJ is apparently missing about 20 seconds at some point but that was a result of the actual webcast.
I got a PM from someone who was having trouble downloading from the links I've been posting. Normally you just click a link and the file starts downloading, mega is a little different so I whipped up a little tutorial in case anyone else is having the same problem So after you click one of my links you should see the following:
There are 3 files. One is an md5 file (used to check the integrity of the data. I have no idea what that means or does but I included it since it was part of the original uploader's file set), one is an mkv file (this is the actual video) and one is a text file which contains information about the lineage of the video, a description of the video and other nerdy tid-bits including who put forth the effort to share it with the world (that one is not so nerdy).Click on one of those files.
Next:
Now you'll see that it says "Download" up on top. Click on that.
Then:
Click on standard download unless you want it saved as a zip file for some reason. In that case click the option to "Download as zip"
It begins:
At this point you will see a progress section appear at the bottom of the page. After the file finishes downloading it will ask you where you want to save the file. I recommend just hitting save and not selecting another folder. Move the file afterwards. I've had issues where I downloaded something and selected a different location on my hard drive and the whole thing just froze and I had to download it again.
Hope this helped hit me up if it's still not doing what it's suppose to.
