When I think about the 80s comedy Real Genius, one of the first things that comes to mind is Everybody Wants to Rule the World. I'm looking forward to seeing them perform that one and some of their other hits on the farm.

anyway i am stoked for this set, though I am completely at a loss for where they will be scheduled. i guess they could get a LN a la billy idol? which means they will conflict with something awesome.
I'm really excited for this- totally didn't except them! what time spot does everyone think they'll be in? I'm scared Roo will schedule it when there's a major conflict

yeah i think i'd rather them play late afternoon/early evening. everything can't be LN.
While scanning their catalog last night I realized how many of their songs i didn't know I knew. Now I have to see them. Only problem is that they make 43 acts initially I want to see, and we don't have additions or comedy yet. Bonnaroo problems.

Moved by memories and music, I've cried at some point during Bonnaroo each year. In 2013, it was at the Rock 'n Soul Superjam. In 2014, it was at Elton John. I'm predicting tears will flow at this show. Tears for Fears was the music of my teen years and their music saw me through some awkward times and my first heartbreak. Geez, I'm getting misty eyed just thinking about it......yes, I'm a sappy soul.

oh hell yeah. great to see three songs off Everybody Loves a Happy Ending on this setlist. this is similar to when i saw them 4-5 years ago, but i think they're playing more off of The Hurting on this tour because of the anniversary of The Hurting. i'm also curious to see if we'll get any new songs @ Roo, since their new album is supposed to be coming out relatively soon.
This will be fun
