Note: Clue remained unsolved until the lineup was released. Radio Clue: "Looks like someone needs a bath"
Answer: Tears for Fears - Crying baby - Fear of death - Some babies have a fear of baths. - Tear for Fears formed in Bath, England.
Somewhat Logical Guesses So Far:
Death Cab for Cutie: - Cars R Coffins T-shirt clearly ties to the band name - Babies are cuties. Sometimes? - Radio clue might lead to lyrics in two songs. "No Sunlight" and "When Soul Meets Body." - The baby appears to have a rash/measles with could lead to he song "Summer Skin." - Talk of a new album and tour in 2015
Bombay Bicycle Club - T-shirt is from a popular biking company. - Radio clue could tie into the song "Rinse Me Down."
Cradle of Filth - Strait forward connection to picture and clue. - Playing a few fest this Summer already.
Babyshambles - Strait forward connection to picture and clue
Drivin' n' cryin' -Strait forward connection to picture.
Marilyn Manson -Has an EP called "Smells Like Children." - The T-shirt could tie into his image.
2017: 2/24 Twenty One Pilots 4/1 Radiohead 6/7 Glass Animals 9/10 Modest Mouse 9/21 Arcade Fire 9/29 Kings of Leon 10/3 Foster the People 10/17 The xx 10/22 LCD Soundsystem 11/8 Bon Iver

It's almost certainly Death Cab but just to keep the discussion going, could it be Marilyn Manson. The 666 car works for him and the "someone needs a bath" clue could point to his album "Smells Like Children." Manson's playing Download, which makes him less likely, but doesn't rule him out.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
I really do think the radio clues are super arbitrary and describe the picture more than the actual clue.
How does that work for:
Welcome to Springfield Racecar Open Wide Billy Mays approves Watch out at midnight Getting back to our roots Don't be afraid to see what you see
You could even argue "bucket list" has more meaning, as it's an idiom
-Ozark mountains in springfield -You got me there -Picture of a dog up close, particularly its mouth -Bleach in the picture -At midnight it's harder to see road signs and road hazards -Kids and dad enjoy a nostalgic theme park -Ronald Reagan quote connects him to his wife
Rob Zombie immediately came to mind first. He has a few tour dates starting around that time. Then after thinking it over for a few minutes it could possibly be Alkaline Trio also.

Even some of your examples aren't "arbitrary." I'm not saying most of these clues aren't awful and poorly thought out. It's just a little to early to speak in absolutes. Espeically when we have three that aren't solved.
- Those are the Tetons. Why not show the Ozarks if they really had THAT Springfield in mind? - Not trying to get you. I was just curious as to your thinking. - This clue was lame. The audio would have worked just as well without the picture. - That picture is in the middle of the day. The radio clue reinforces TBT by hinting to a song name. - "Roots" also hints to Flume's record label, reinforcing the clue. - I would think Reagan reinforces the clue more then just making sure people knew it was Nancy. Also, TwoD has several songs with Eyes in the title.
Edit: I meant to say that Reagan quote is more about the Cold War then anything. So that wasn't thought out very well. haha
