Never! That's blasphemy. Rite aid used to be k&b and we boycotted rite aid so hard, they now carry coke products. Walgreens called me a junkie when I had a broken wrist. I only go to the rite aid (still k&b in my heart).

I used to work for K&B
I was told when I first started posting I would love you... Someone knew what they were talking about. Lol
Nope. You can still buy dixie beer, just not at rite aid.
I was at a Walgreens in New Hampshire a couple months ago, and that was the first time I ever seen beer sold at a pharmacy.
It seems so weird that beer is just available whenever/wherever you can think of.
For a short period of time, Walgreens had a full liquor store. But then they moved ithe Walgreens across the street and then back to the original location, sans liquor store. Whomp whomp.

Most, if not all, of the Walgreens around here carry a fullish selection of beer, wine, and liquor.

Here too, but I'm talking a full liquor store. When you'd enter the store there was another room attached to the side with rows and rows of booze. Like you'd see in a liquor store.

Pennsylvania has some very odd laws when it comes to buying/selling beer. You can only purchase beer at restaurants, bars, licensed beer stores, or beer distributors. If you only want a six pack and not an entire case, your best option is actually walking into a bar and requesting a six pack from one of the bartenders. Very strange.
