G and I caught his set at Moutain Oasis 2013 (moment of silence to mourn the loss of MOEMS 2014)... so much fun! I wasn't super familiar with his music prior to the show, but he has tons of energy, and the crowd was really feelin' it. His music is easy to dance to, upbeat, and he is one of those artists who just loves what he does and that shows.
He jumped around from the mixer to the piano to the guitar, and also just jumped around. One of my very favorite sets @moems, and I can't wait to see him again on the farm...
Obviously, I definitely recommend catching his show, you won't regret it! Unless you hate music. And dancing. And being happy. In which case,
He certainly knows how to make a catchy hook but what set him apart for me are his lyrics. Even if they're not exactly deep, they're very, uh, lyrical. eg: You come here you don't need an occasion, Just an ill-advised itching for the conversation. Got a good sub going, got a good vibration, getting mixed results from mixing strong libation.
