I tried looking up previous threads/posts on this and didn't find what I was looking for.. maybe someone out there can help me. This is my first roo and I'm not sure when the tickets will arrive (I paid in full already). With that being said, I will be out of the country May 10-20 and my backup to sign for my tickets will be out of the country may 14-june 3.
My questions:
1. When do tickets normally get shipped out and/or received?
2. Roo said will call was an option -- has anyone used this option before?
If so -- how far away is pickup? We had planned on leaving eaaaaarly Thursday morning and need to time everything correctly
If it's typical to receive your tickets BEFORE may 14, then I'll be fine... but the ticket place said I need to let them know ASAP how I want to proceed.
ANY information would be helpful. Thanks errrbody!

I'd check the important dates thread for when tickets ship out. I think it is one of the things that gets tracked. I want to say Will Call has historically been at the high school but I am not sure.
I just want to make sure will call is up and running when I'm pulling in to town lol and I thought I read somewhere that vip will call took precedent over GA will call? I cant remember exactly. now im worried that my tickets won't make it. I hate leaving things to chance! lol

From Bonnaroo's website:
"Orders placed and paid in full by May 9th, will ship no later than May 14th. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Based on your selected shipping method, you should expect your order to arrive between 2-10 business days from receipt of your shipping confirmation email. When purchasing, please enter a shipping address where you plan to be in early May."

Well last year they said they would open Thursday at 12am but me and my friend went up there because he gets free tickets because he lives in Manchester but they wouldn't let him get his because they closed it down because too many people were up there and they said they would open back up a 6am. We went back at 6am and they still were not open we left and came back at 10am and it was packed but there were two lines and one line barely had anyone in line I guess that was the "Will Call" line? But I would contact musictoday (434-244-7200) or email bonnaroo.
