Ole Miss still has to play both Auburn and Mississippi State at home. At least one of these teams will not make it in the final 4. I don't think there is a possible scenario where more than two SEC teams can make the playoff.
State still has to play Ole Miss and Alabama, both away. Auburn still has to play at Ole Miss, Alabama, AND Georgia. Ole Miss still has to play State and Auburn, but both are home games. Alabama has MS State and Auburn at home, but has to go to LSU. ALL of the above teams would also have to play in the SEC championship game if they survive those games. Georgia still has Auburn at home and possibly the SEC championship game.
There is no scenario, outside just about every one loss team outside the SEC losing another game, that could put three SEC teams in the playoff.
Moral of the story is don't ever get caught doing anything wrong ever if you are a marginally to significantly good black athlete until you have already become a Heisman household name.
In true business fashion, they make their decisions based on what will hurt their bottom line more: taking out a star player that brings in the ratings or dealing with the minor backlash of not doing anything to punish them. Roger Goodell found out the hard way that doing the latter doesn't always work (or maybe it does, seeing as how he is suddenly no longer on the hot seat).
To me, the worst was always the Dez Bryant "lying about being friends with Deion Sanders" one year suspension.
Getting suspended for an entire season for lying about being friends with someone or smoking weed is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when compared to how little Penn State received for hiding child molesters for such a long period of time.
Oh - you're talking about the 14-0 Louisville over FSU score? Yeah, that would be really cool - except it would make the Clemsoroo fans irrationally happy. And no one really wants that, do they?

This is why sports are hard. Hate Jimbo. Hate FSU. Love custeph. Hate Clemson. Hate Clemson fans except custeph. Love Louisville. Hate to see custeph sad. Brad sad makes custeph sad and hate that too.
It's like having twenty fantasy teams where you have players you want to do well always playing against players you have on all the other fantasy teams. What to do?

This wouldn't really make Clemson fans happy. I mean yea, I would enjoy FSU losing, but it would really make me mad because we should have beat them too.

When Brady Hoke was at Ball St, I was certain he would coach at a major program. Now that his Michigan tenure is winding down, I haven't decided if I was right because he ended up at Michigan or if I was wrong because of how bad he was.
I don't think he's quite as terrible as his record/reputation. He's had some tough luck with injuries and so forth, but once your recruits start decommitting, you gotta go.
I'm sure he'll be perfectly successful at Arizona once Rich Rod bounces to the SEC.
I was in favor of FSU being #2 because of all of their close calls. After they did it again last night, you just have to give them credit. Until someone beats them, they're #1.

Sang back to his old ways, if they beat Clemson they must be the best team in the country
