After spending a few minutes with it, here is my Top 10 with reasoning:
Jack White - Will always be #1 for me, no matter what Andrew Bird & The Hands of Glory - Has been near the top of my to-see list for years Arctic Monkeys - I was obsessed with their first two albums when they came out and AM reignited that fire Superjam "?" - Superjam that isn't Skrilly-led is fine by me Kanye - MBDTF is one of my favorite records ever and I don't really like hip hop that much Cake - The fact I'm going to see Short Skirt, Long Jacket on the farm gives me warm fuzzy feelings First Aid Kit - Oh, those harmonies Vampire Weekend - With 3 albums, they have enough material to really slay a pre-headlining slot. The Avett Brothers - Their 2012 set in the afternoon was one of my favorites of the weekend. Die Antwoord - Just because I have to see they are real with my own eyes.
Elton John, Neutral Milk Hotel, FLips, Fitz and his Tantrums (I did it that way on purpose. Think Jimmy Fallon), YMSB, Black Lillies, Seasick Steve, Bobby Womack, Lionel. Will probably add more as I listen to more bands.

This line up is pretty stacked. I have seen tons of the people previously and that might cause some of them to be lower. I still want to see them again, but more excited to see people I haven't. Each band with the number of times I have seen them.
1. Yeezus (2) 2. Elton John 3. Vampire Weekend (5) 4. Frank Ocean 5. Jack White (met him, but never seen him perform) 6. Flaming Lips (I don't know, 10ish times) 7. James Blake 8. Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds 9. Janelle Monae (1) 10. Mastodon

Elton John (The man is a legend) The Flaming Lips (A band ive always wanted to see but, something always "happened" when they came around) Jack White (Seen him with the stripes and the raconteurs so I wonder what he'll do by himself Chance the Rapper (fell in love with acid rap recently)

The Master Musicians of Jajouka led by Bachir Attar, with special guests Billy Martin, Marc Ribot, DJ Logic and Shazad Ismaily. I knew there would be something out of left field on this lineup. Can't wait to hear this.
A few other acts I haven't seen that I'm excited for are Frank Ocean, Disclosure, Broken Bells, Darkside, Seasick Steve, Classixx, and Cass McCombs. Artists I have seen that I can't wait to see again would include, among many others, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Janelle Monae, Goat, Ty Seagall, Allah Lahs, Valerie June, Those Darlins, etc.
Subject to change as I learn the lineup but right now, here's my Top Ten: 1. Elton John 2. Jack White 3. Carolina Chocolate Drops 4. Big Sam's Funky Nation 5. Meshuggah 6. Yonder Mountain String Band 7. Sarah Jarosz 8. Lionel Richie 9. Ice Cube 10. Ed Helms Superjam
