Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, a 2016 presidential candidate on the Democratic side, says he has smoked marijuana two times but that it “didn’t quite work” for him.
“I coughed a lot,” he said in an interview with Yahoo News’ Katie Couric. “I smoked marijuana twice — didn’t quite work for me.”
“It’s not my thing, but it is the thing of a whole lot of people,” he said. “And if you want to make the argument that maybe marijuana is less harmful to health than tobacco, I think you’d probably be making a correct argument. Some may disagree, but I think it’s probably true.”

It is absolutely insane to me that we have presidential candidates accepting marijuana use. More and more studies are coming out about the benefits of it and how it isn't only a recreational substance. If Bernie and other Democratic candidates seem to be pushing this viewpoint, hopefully the candidate that wins will hold the same views and we can get rid of some of the ridiculously antiquated laws in this country.

So the Pennsylvania House just passed one of the more restricted, 5-10 illness only medical marijuana bill. The Senate will most likely pass it and our Gov. said he will sign it. Knowing it will be a few year process, my question is for folks that live in Medical states at the moment. Its most likely been a few years going in your state, so is anyone in and/or know anyone in the legal area of the field (grower/dispensary)?
Blackberry OG. Getting low on my current favorite, and there aren't any damn dispensaries 'round here. Thanks a lot, 2015 Ohio voters.
We're going to try again with a less controversial ballot measure this fall (no "monopoly," and "medical" only). It would make Ohio a relatively permissive medical state, accepting numerous diseases and conditions and allowing limited home and care-provider grows. Lots of people who voted against it last year said their main hang up was either the so-called monopoly over growing (which wasn't technically a monopoly, though it did limit commercial sites), or the fact that it was not limited to medical use. I would LOVE to be able to buy my arthritis/insomnia meds legally and be more open about what actually works. Lessening the stigma still attached to smokin or vapin would be almost as big of a deal as the convenience and staying out of jail part, in my opinion.

So, as seen earlier on this page, I was debating a vape purchase and ended up purchasing an Arizer Solo for a really good price on ebay. Well, long story short the listing was fraudulent and it took forever to get my money returned.
Ended up buying a Sonic instead, and holy shit is this thing wonderful. Digital temp controls FTW! It's like a much smaller, better designed DiVinci. Ceramic chamber = zero combustion and pure vapor.

Are you still happy with this purchase?
I don't use it much, but I think that's because I just prefer smoking a j or a bowl at the end of the day. It's a good vape though.
They tell us "Rock'n'roll is the devil's music." Well, let's say we know that rock is the devil's music, and we know that it is, for sure … At least he fuckin' jams! If it's a choice between eternal Hell and good tunes, and eternal Heaven and New Kids on the fuckin' Block … I'm gonna be surfin' on the lake of fire, rockin' out.
