Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Honestly not that thrilled with the lineup. It's just perfect timing between finals and my bar prep course. Plus me and my friends have a strange infatuation with the south.
I can take you on some tours of meth labs and we can go muddin'. Nothing more southern than that.
Bands/Artists (that aren't headliners) I'm the most excited about, in no particular order:
-Bloody Beetroots -Modest Mouse -Portugal. The Man -Fitz and the Tantrums -Childish Gambino -Moon Taxi -Little Green Cars -Shakey Graves -The Lonely Biscuits -Desert Noises
joejrandles, I missed where you said you'll be at Southern Sands. I'll be in the building next door and moten33 will be in your building. We should arrange an inforoo meetup/pregame while we're down there.
Sorry, late to the party. I'm from between Rochester and Buffalo, NY. I m in the over 30 crowd as well and definitely do some partying. Not sure what the crew will be comprised of but probably all guys in our 30s and maybe one youngin' (the singer in my band is 21 and is begging to go). Very much looking forward to Outkast, Modest Mouse, Black Keys and getting into a lot of the under card stuff. Still hoping for a little more jam to be added but I'm getting psyched for the lineup. Inforoo party on West beach!

Hate to go off topic, but I might have actually cared about Imagine Dragons last year if this had happened at Hangout. Definitely thought Kendrick deserved at least one award tonight, too.
Reignwolf Valarie June The Wans Bronze Radio Return Wild Belle Shakey Graves
and many more, this under card is loaded... not sure I will be able to see all of the ones I want to but I should have plenty of music to listen to that weekend.
My group is over 30 and will vary all weekend with a combination of 2 guys 2 girls and all 4 being guys, the gf's only come for 1 day at most and then buddies usually switch out the rest of the days. With me and a buddy being the core 2 there the entire time.
Outkast Queens of the Stone Age Reignwolf Pretty Lights (w/ the band) The Killers
We got a group of 11, we're all 26/27, all guys. Some of us will be at the fest pretty much all day starting at like 1-2ish, some like to lounge around and enjoy the beach during the day and don't really come in until the sub-headliners start. We're all from Chicago and we have a high of -1 degrees today. I'm losing my mind and need to be on this beach asap.

Yeah, I woke up to a foot of snow overnight. When getting ready for work this morning, all I could think was 16 more weeks.

Surely/Hopefully/Please JJ > Black Keys or The Killers. The other following QOTSA Friday and Pretty Lights > Outkast Saturday. I get stumped on the Flaming Lips/Avetts though. Can't imagine either going backwards (relative to their past slots) at this festival, but the bill suggests it's likely.
Top 5 (in order of billing): Outkast, QOTSA, Modest Mouse, Flips, Conor
Top lesser gems I'm stoked for: Black Lips, Shakey Graves, Wild Cub, Reignwolf, The Wans, Diarrhea Planet, Desert Noises
Rapid reaction to what I just said. I pray the schedule looks something like so: Friday: QOTSA > Black Keys (with anything at all as a Boom Boom alternative, preferably Bloody Beetroots)
Saturday: PL > Outkast
Sunday: JJ (with a solid Letting Go alternative) > The Killers.
Seems reasonable. I just really don't want the Black Keys closing this thing or being an only option on their night.

We're on the same page with this. I like the Keys but don't see them on the same level as the Killers when it comes to headlining a festival.
Does anyone who's more familiar with Bloody Beetroots have any input on where they could get placed? When you see their live show with the full band it looks amazing but I'm not sure where they would get billed here. Also, I just noticed on their website they have their show listed as May 17th. Usually when bands post about playing multi-day festivals, they list it as either a range or the first day to avoid leaking schedules. Looks like they're confirmed for Saturday.
I'd imagine Bloody Beetroots will be in the mid-afternoon Boom Boom slot. I.e. Afrojack, Wolfgang Gartner, Porter Robinson spots last year. Can't imagine it on any other stage, and there are at least 4 artists (pre-additions) I'd expect to close it before them.

Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros just announced dates the weekend after Hangout with Jack Johnson. And they will be at Shaky Knees the week prior to Hangout. Could they be a possible addition?
