This will be my third Roo. I went in 2010 and 2012. In 2010 four of us went. Our camping area obviously wasn't big but we had a huge tent but no canopy and it got the job done. Last year there were 2 of us, small tent, large canopy, and just enough space. This year 5 people, one vehicle, large canopy. Now, I've seen other people's campsites at Roo with large areas that fit both a canopy and a big tent. I'm guessing these people show up with multiple vehicles. We're all carpooling from NY in one car so I'm just worried we're not going to be able to set everything up. I mean how pissed would people be if we set all this up? Wondering if I can convince the people directing traffic to let us take some extra room. I don't know. If anyone has some experience with this I'd love some input.

This sounds like one of those math word problems that teachers use to throw at you when you were in grade school lol I agree though, if you're cool with your neighbors and let them use the shade and chill and whatnot I doubt there would be any problem. Last year was sort of iffy though because the police on horses were real strict about how to park and whatnot (at least in my camp anyways)

What Virginia Red said. First thing greet your neighbors and just let them know you're circumstances. Even the biggest assjoles on Earth seem to transform into reasonable cool people on the farm. The only static I could see you picking up would be if you're neighbors were in the same boat. I guess then y'all will just have to work together. Which will probably wind up being awesome.
Just make sure after you set everything up with your neighbors that you line up how you'll be handling your dump/poo buckets. Wouldn't want to incorrectly empty your bucket too close to their car. Nobody likes stepping in doo doo when you are trying to get something out of your car.
