I honestly thought Maps & Atlases were bigger than a cafe act. I saw them a year ago here in New Orleans and it was really really crowded..
They've gotten quite big of late. Also, they're excellent live. Highly recommended.
Yeah they've been pretty big for awhile, especially around the Chicago area where I live. I actually know them a bit (Dave's from Crown Point which is a few miles away from Valparaiso,IN where I live) and they opened for my band back in about 2006. Funny how things change, ha! I think they would do well on an actual stage in an early slot but i'll be checkin' em out either way. Anyone who's a fan should check out Cast Spells which is Dave Davison's side/solo project.
Trees Swallow Houses is their first full length and will always be their best work. That first track, dear god... Such an amazing album.

Here are the update to this particular list... I don't have the time to put in all the missing bands from the additions last week... I might do it later tomorrow if no one already makes the Edit: There were some that were added since the updated OP but I'm not sure whether some are placeholders.

Could Macca really be playing Saturday?!? This would be a huge curveball. Obviously there could have been some misinformation communicated to SIMO. But something to think about for sure.

I believe it. but then Mumford would have to be Fri. or Sun., they currently have Sat. listed.
I imagine they are misinformed, however i believe Pauls son was playing sat IIRC. With Mumford confirmed sat and Petty sun, either they are switchung days or something has to get added for friday night to fill the headliner spot.
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round

Never trust information from people who use this many exclamation points unironically.

you would think that a friend having a baby would warrant an exclamation point!!!1!1!
No offense to Manders, we thank him for what he did, but this needs to be updated regularly. Big thanks to Foxynarwal for updating it as well.
Bands will only be added if:
1) The band is ON THE LINEUP (or self-confirmed). 2) They announce the EXACT day they will be playing OR they can only play that certain day. 3) A SOURCE is available.
