A steal? A player coming off an ACL injury and not playing last year for a RB thats been in the top 3 of rushing the last couple years doesn't really constitute a "steal". Glad to see Shady out of the NFC East and not on the Cowboys schedule twice a year. If Murray signs back with the Cowboys he will immediately be the best running back in the NFC East and the Boys will then have the best QB in the division and the best WR, this offense could be scary next year (not to mention keeping the best O-line in the NFL intact). Now time to draft a D-lineman or DB.
Good middle linebackers don't grow on trees. Kiko is only 24 and has plenty of time to recover and be an elite play maker, especially in the NFC East. And considering the Eagles also just signed Frank Gore, yeah, it's a fucking steal.
A steal? Trading a 26 year old top 5 RB for a 24 year old very good ILB coming off an ACL injury is a steal? It may end up being a good trade for Philly, but let's not exaggerate. Oh, and Frank Gore is not coming, apparently.
I don't see any scenario where he chooses Jacksonville over Dallas
Playtime (assuming Dallas gets AP). Being the saving grace of a notoriously shitty franchise.
Dallas couldn't afford both with the cap. Murray wants to be in Dallas but they want to keep him for a cheaper than market price. Jax is offering him 9 million a year which is what AP is willing to drop his pay down to in order to facilitate a trade. I think DeMarco has more left in the tank, but as someone who grew up a few miles from the town AP was raised in, I wouldn't mind seeing him put his controversy behind him and come back to his home state.

How "especially in the NFC east"? And this Frank Gore signing, this 32 yr old RB is going to make an offense based on getting to the line as fast as possible better and running as many plays as possible BETTER? If you say so. Well no reason to defend Gore fitting since hes not going to Philli in the first place.

I listened to Cowherd's show a bit in the car this morning. He was comparing Kelly's line of thinking to Belichick's, that he believes in his system so much that players are expendable if he fills they're not buying into the scheme or want a big contract. Cowherd says that Chip is not a defensive specialist so he is willing to pay players on that side of the ball like Maxwell and Kiko.

I'm loving this day! Keep the crazy moves coming! Looks like Eagles want to roll with Mariota, Bradford and Sanchez next year. Seahawks fix their two major flaws, bad pass catchers and horrendous TE play, in one move. Lions replace Suh with Haloti Ngata (not too shabby).

Mariota isn't on the Eagles.
Your 2015 Eagles: Sam Bradford/Asschez, Chris Polk/Sproles, Riley Cooper, Jordan Matthews, Zach Ertz
Your 2013 Eagles: Foles, McCoy, DeSean, Maclin, Celek/Ertz

Thank god for Chip Kelly.
Of course he isn't. I'm following the speculation that Chip Kelly is loading up on picks to trade up in the draft and get him. He wont begin the 2016 season with only Bradford and Sanchez at QB.

Full Disclosure: I'm a Cowboys fan so all this talk of a dumpster fire in Philly is music to my ears!

Giants fan here so I'm more than happy to watch a Philly collapse. I really thought they would be going after Mariota. The only way I think that happens now is they use Sanchez as a chip to trade up.

Yeah, that does seem pretty stupid doesn't it.
I like the Harris signing too. He's a tough returner and gives them some insurance at slot if Cruz is slow to come back or can't.

No chance in Sanchez being a factor in trading for the #1 pick. If anything Philly would package him to get rid of him after securing a backup in Bradford

The mocks I've seen only require you to get ahead of the Jets to get Mariota. Not the top pick. Do I misunderstand or do you think Mariota is going higher than that?

I'm not sold on the Titans being committed to Mettenberger. It reminds me of when Carolina said the whole way they were taking Nick Fairley only for the to fall in love with $cam Newton in weeks prior to the draft. Winston goes #1 for sure though. I think if any team wants to guarantee themselves Mariotta they trade up to #2
Mariota-BMarsh-Decker-Kerley-Ivory-Amaro is a serious offense with an above average O-line. Plus with REVIS and one of the best D-lines in the league, the Jets are certainly trending in the right direction.

(I'm assuming Cooper won't be available).
With the emergence of Kevin White I'd be shocked is Cooper isn't there at 6
