I can't read the emails for those, but you should know if you're pre-fest or during fest. Pre-fest has to be there earlier. Artist Hospitality is needed during both, but I'm assuming they say whether it's pre or during. Someone wrote earlier they got it for pre-fest.

You'll see PRE-Show C'roo underneath the time zone dropdown box.
Thanks! I'm actually During-Show, I guess. Hmmm... I'm ok with that but would love to know more specific details about what one does during show with artist hospitality. Curiouser and curiouser Getting excited!
I'll update the list tomorrow morning/afternoon. I'm on my tablet in bed now and it's kinda tricky from here.
Almost tempted to say people can quote the last list and add themselves in. Maybe that'd be easier. I could just write out all the possibilities with 1 bullet underneath and then everyone should add to it in Visual mode in case codes confuse people. Put directions what to do at the top, and voila!

This is my first you volunteering, I paid my deposit last night and they emailed me my confirmation this morning. I'm going to be doing pre-fest with visual design and decor. This croo sounds awesome, does anyone have an idea of what we'll would be working on?

Feel Good Foods is still looking for a handful of volunteers to work in Clean Vibes catering. Our application process is separate from C-Roo. Please go to our website www.feelgoodfoodswnc.com from there click on festival services and then click on volunteer programs. We require 22 hours of work in trade for your ticket, meals for the entire event, and beverages. A deposit is also required but can be paid in installments up till May 1st. A couple post show spots are still available and the rest are during the show.
Anyone jump the gun with Ellie's link like me? I still havent been accepted and Im starting to worry a bit because I freak out about things like that... I still have no idea why I was not on the original volunteer list from WET, I volunteered with them for 2 years, as well as bonnaroo for 2 before WET was around... so I figured it wouldnt hurt anything??
Maybe it is because I said I would be interested in the GuRoo thing??
Call them. They're very quick and helpful. My bf didn't get his either, called, and even got them to assign a croo right there
I'm a noobie who used Ellie's link a few hours before the link was live on-line. I didn't even realize I was doing it. I just found the link by Google and it allowed me to register. Got my acceptance this morning and just paid my deposit.

Whoooo First time Croo member here! Got my acceptance email this morning and just sent in my deposit. Cant wait to get my Croo assignment. I am sooooo excited to be part of this crazy family!!

Wow, Ellie. That's a pretty good rate. I'll be heading there from WV and probably will stay Monday night. What hotels are you finding in that range?
Congratulations to all the first time volunteers getting pre-fest! You'll have a great time assisting with setting up the festival. It's amazing to see Centeroo come together in 4 days and how everything changes when the patrons arrive. This will be my sixth year as a volunteer and fourth doing pre-fest. Feel free to ask any questions and I'll try my best to assist but things do change each year....

I'm fairly familuar with Nashville hotels. Beware of ones off Trinity LN. I stayed at one a few yrs ago and got ate up by bed bugs.

I checked Nashville and rates are comparable if not higher. Main reason I don't want to go there is cause even though Google says otherwise, it'd be a longer drive from the DC area, I think. I've done McMinnville and Crossville in the past, but we got caught last year having too many people (we just said 2 for cheaper rates), so now trying to be accurate with 4 to a room.
This is what I'm lookin at... The bottom 2 can be ignored since I don't think I'd get more people to join us and make the cost worthwhile. I tried to get the most accurate price with the tax amount I saw online included.
