It'd be great to have him select a few acts and sit in with them before playing his own solo set. I approve this. Not sure he'd be involved with Superjam too. Seems like a lot to handle but I'd probably enjoy it.

I had mentioned this early in the Jim James 2013 thread. Bonnaroo definitely needs to do this and/or throw Jim into the superjam. Call me odd, but I was really incredibly let down after camping out near the rail for last year's superjam expecting Jack White only to be let down.

Who do you think Jim would/should get if he did curate a stage?
I think Floating Action would be one of them....he's been talking about them a good amount (in the Reddit AMA) and I think they are signed to his label or something. They opened for MMJ at Port Chester so that'd be one.
Not sure they'd be back so soon but Preservation Hall Jazz Band would be a welcome act to be on a Jim James stage. They'd be able to guest spot a lot of shows again too.

He'd probably invite a lot of the artists from that Asbury Park show a few weeks back (Preservation Hall being one of them). A lot of those bands (can't remember names off the top of my head) were pretty good.
