Most folk seem Nashville bound - but for some reason the ticket prices seem lower out of CLT when I keep checking. I'm pretty sure I'll buy the plane ticket first week of Sept. so still some planning time it seems
+ Worst Case Scenario is rent a car, extra $ that I really don't have but it is an option.
^^^Ranger if you decide to rent a car, use Hotwire.com. Seriously, you can get mega deals on a car. Flew into Portland for Sasquatch last year, and if you do the "blind" reservation with Hotwire, we only paid like, $15/day. AND bc they seemed to be a little on the unorganized side, we paid for a compact, and got a Jeep. Faaaaantastic. Have also paid $14/day out of the San Antonio airport for ACL, and bc we were the latest customers of the day and picking our car up at 11pm, we also paid for a compact, and all they had left were Chargers... booo hooo. ;D So we cruised in style all weekend for ChEAP.
You guys - here is a BASIC (soooo basic) idea for the potential FULL PANDA t-shirts:
Just so you guys can see what im talkin' about. Then you know, everyone can be comfy, and still be in a group, but not have to go FULL panda.... dress it up how you please - leggings and tutu, jeans, tights and giant fur boots... whatevs. AND - then we all have a souvenir from the trip
If I can get 15 people onboard, I think I found a site that can do it with names and everything for around $16 each. It goes down with more people... And I think the minimum is like 6. And the free shipping is "Ships in 5 days", so we have tons of time.

i'll wear a shirt like that but i'm not wearing a panda suit.
ive been trying to find a plus size panda mascot costume all day on the intranets but have so far come up unsuccessful. fat people wanna be pandas too damnit!
