Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

Before I could stop myself, I mentally went through this and assigned each of these artists a stage and time slot. Internal debates about if Pitbull could play the Which Stage should NEVER happen.
Off the top of my head. Exists in the realm of reality, and therefore could be considered "realistic". Kind of. there are plenty of 2011 repeats though.
Daft Punk - Neil Young & Crazy Horse - Phish (two set Sunday closer)
Slayer - Umphreys McGee - New Order - Underworld - St. Vincent and David Byrne - deadmau5 - Steve Angelo - Avicii - Cut/Copy - Trombone Shorty & Orleans Ave - Galactic - Ellie Goulding - Purity Ring - Shlohmo - Flying Lotus - MMJ - PHJB - Beardyman - Louis CK - Steve Hackett - NIN - Ministry - Butthole Surfers - Smashing Pumpkins - Ryan Adams and the Muthafuckin Cardinals - Mike Gordon Band - Vida Blue - Superjam (curated by Allen Touissant) - Anders Osbourne - Squarepusher - NOFX
Beyond headliners, these are not in any kind of "biggest name" order.
If this lineup actually happened, my attempts at conflict resolution would likely kill me...
Headliners: Fri: Rush, Sat: Bruce Springsteen, Sun: My Morning Jacket
Late Nights: Watch the Throne (What Fri), Iron Maiden (Which Sat) L.L. Cool J, Ghostface Killah, Galactic, Kermit Ruffins, Guided by Voices, Yonder Mountain String Band, Art vs. Science, Conspirator, Dream Theater, Superjam (Dweezil Zappa/Steve Vai play Frank Zappa)
Curated Tent (Americana Music Assocation): Paul Thorn, Todd Snider, Hayes Carll, Brandi Carlile, John Prine LN: Buddy Miller and Friends (Jim Lauderdale, Don Was, Greg Liesz, Cody Dickinson, and Bobby Keys)
Other bands: Testament, Sepultura, Lacuna Coil, Rob Zombie, Murderdolls, Trombone Shorty, The Mynabirds, Jill Andrews, Bluegrass Allstars, 7 Walkers, Emmylou Harris, Ministry, Thomas Dolby, Jack White, Mumford and Sons, Dr. John, Here Come the Mummies, Tea Leaf Green, Bright Eyes, Dickey Betts, Steve Miller Band, Joe Walsh, Robyn Hitchcock and the Venus 3
Friday night headliner: Coldplay Saturday night headliner: Foo Fighters Sunday night headliner: Pearl Jam
Gorillaz to play a LN set Friday, MGMT to play Sunday before Pearl Jam, Kid Cudi to play sometime over the weekend. Tosh to do a set in the comedy tent.
The Alabama Shakes, Foster the People, and Skrillex all come back to there same spots.
For some reason I don't think most will like that, but I would be in paradise.
Friday: (What) MGMT > Outkast (HL) (Which LN) Drake (so that I don't have conflict for: ) That tent: Torche > Baroness > Deftones> LN: Neurosis > Sunn O))) Saturday: (What) Queens of the Stone Age > Soundgarden (HL) >Bjork (LN) Sunday: (What) Modest Mouse > NY&CH
Although I am not crazy about the LN, that would be a hell of a lineup.
I would love for Drake to be there this year, just because he would draw the crowd and be easier for me (and others I am sure) to see shows at a good spot before/during/after him.
I've never been to ROO so I am unfamiliar with which particular stage holds whom so here is just a simple list

Ok I'm done now
I dig this lineup, but I can't see Depeche Mode headlining, but they would definitely get a big latenight slot. Move Furthur to Sunday, Bowie to Saturday, and I think it's a winner.
Also, why Dave Grohl on drums for QOTSA? He only recorded 1 album, and left in 02. I can't see him playing a one off show, with Foo Fighters as big as they are.

any stage setup Depeche Mode has for a tour would be too large for anything but What. also they headlined Lolla when they played, and really they are one of the most popular bands of all time. definitely a headliner, in my opinion.
also I love Depeche Mode. and dave gahan is still so sexy.

Assuming that I am given a time-turner to make this dream lineup work for me, realistically my dream 2013 lineup would look like this:
Neil Young and Crazy Horse - The Cure - The Killers - deadmau5 Modest Mouse - Allman Brothers Band - Run D.M.C. - Passion Pit - Social Distortion - Earth Wind and Fire - Common

. Well I know it's unrealistic but he did tour that album with them and he's a very humble prolific musician and foo fighters have been tour like crazy the last two years, so I could see him playing a show with his buds just for fun.
Friday HL : Rage Against the Machine Saturday HL : Sir Paul or Eric Clapton, or I'll settle for Neil Young and Crazy Horse again Sunday HL : MMJ Sunday pre-headliner: Paul Simon
Which Stage LN: WU TANG one night, WSP the other Superjam: Galactic's 10th Bonnaroo performance with special N.O. guests (like in '05)
Other: Yonder Mountain, Robert Randolph, Bela Fleck, NMA, Wilco, SCI, Ben Harper, The Roots, Black Keys, Flaming Lips, Allman Brothers, or Jack White in any form (ROO vets that made me fall in love with this festival in the first place)
