I voted Foo Fighters just because I'm more familiar with them than any of the others. I've seen them a couple times and they actually put on a very good, entertaining show. Not exactly my type of music but definitely enjoyable live.

Yeah, they have a handful of dates left to wrap up "Wasting Light" and then it sounds like Dave will get back to his other projects. Fingers crossed for a Them Crooked Vultures album in 2014-15!
I really don't understand people's perception of Muse. People would always say they're just another band that was formed by the success of OK Computer.. when in reality they aren't even similar to Radiohead that much at all.. I've seen Muse twice live, and they are ALOT more energetic than any of the headliners of the past 3 years that I have been to Bonnaroo.
I've never understood it either and Radiohead isnt even an influence to them. Queen and Jeff Buckley are much larger influences for them. Matthew Bellamy has gone on record as saying he doesnt even like Radiohead that much.
Plus, Muse plays stuff from all of their albums at their shows. I listen to concerts all day at work and have problem listened to at least a dozen Muse shows and they hit all their albums in their shows even when it is an album specific tour. But, I am also in the minority that thinks their last album was really good.
Turtles are, actually quite sexy, if you think about it. I’m getting an erection just thinking about turtles. No, not a stripper named turtles, that’s not funny. Actual turtles.

I've thoroughly enjoyed all three Roo's I have been to, but 2012 was easily the best. The weather, our kick-ass neighbors, and the mindbending Radiohead, and superjammin Chili Pepper's sets made this the best Roo, for me. One that I will never forget.

I personally do think Radiohead was an influence to them in their earlier albums, but they have definitely branched away from that comparison.. But I guess its just cool to always associate the two bands lol
But speaking of cool stuff they do on tours, two or three years ago, they have a fan voting of any two or three songs that they've ever written to play at their headlining set.
They are one of the most exciting bands in the world making music today, and I had the pleasure of meeting them when they last came to Philadelphia in 2010 and they are all cool guys.. I actually told them to come to Bonnaroo that year haha.. They said they were touring overseas, but they'd love to play it in the future.

Excited for Paul McCartney, Grizzly Bear, Bjork, The National, Animal Collective, Beach House, Kendrick Lamar, Swans, Tame Impala, Wu-Tang Clan, David Byrne & St. Vincent, Wilco, The xx, Nas, Japandroids, Solange, Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti, Dirty Projectors & R. Kelly

I am not too sure how factual this is, but THATT would be an amazing Bonnaroo.
Led Zeppelin's Facebook went active today with a picture that simply read "Five". Does this mean Led Zeppelin V is coming? Is Dave really drumming for them? Is it simply a DVD release of their O2 one-off? Hmmm

If Foo is available I would vote for them, otherwise Coldplay but I would probably leave their set early to get up front for a late night Robert Randolph and the Family Band gathering (One can hope!)

Hell I'm a Mumford and Sons apologist who is always defending them from the too cool for school hipsters who write off their music because they are popular but that is lunacy. Pre-headliner sure, headliner no way in hell. Maybe even semi-co-headliners like MMJ and AF did, something like MS > JW.
Edited: Because I wrote "right of" instead of "write off"

I don't think so. 600k first week sales numbers are headliner figures. By the time June rolls around, they could certainly be a headliner. And I'm speaking on an unbiased level as I'm not much of a fan of theirs. People told me the same thing on here when in late 2011 I suggested that Foster the People would end up getting the spot that they did. I don't think I'm wrong on this one, either.

600k? Jesus. That is really strong. Still don't see them headlining, but that logic is tough to argue with.
