A total of three prizes will be given out to the winning contestants. They will be in this order...
Grand Prize (Contestant with the highest number of points) - A general admission ticket to Bonnaroo 2013
Consolation Prize (Contestant with the 2nd highest number of points) - A $30 Ticketmaster gift card
"Record" Consolation Prize (Contestant with the best win/loss record) - A $10 Ticketmaster gift card
No contestant can win more than 1 prize, so if a contestant qualifies for more than one prize, they will receive the highest prize they qualify for, and the remaining prizes will go to the next contestant who qualifies.
I have updated the O.P. to reflect these changes, and have also made some more announcements in it. So check that out.
Thanks everyone who is playing! Have fun!

Yeah I had a strong feeling Dallas would come out with the win tonight. For the past 2 or 3 years it seems that the Giants have not started well but finish strong, not to mention everybody celebrating last years super bowl.
Didn't put a lot of points on Dallas though, either 4 or 5. I split bet tonights game, put half my unit on the spread and half on the ML (on Betonline that is.)
I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I doubt this wouldn't brought up if I wasn't currently in FIRST PLACE. Jeez, I have had an account on this website since February and am eagerly anticipating going to my third Bonnaroo next year. I e-mailed you personally that I deleted my account because I am busy since I am now starting up my second year of law school. Now you want to kick me out?
actually, i PM'd pmo about it yesterday before the point totals had even gone up.
this is a contest for inforoo people. jimmyroo was your second name after you rage quit with werther, and then ended up doing the same thing with the jimmyroo account. (while never owning up to the fact that you were werther all along. trying to trick people much?)
OK, EAP. I also answered countless Noob's questions about volunteering leading up to this most recent Roo. And I donated a full GA ticket to QSAROO. But I guess you'd rather stir up drama because you have nothing better to do, trying to make me look bad.
IN FACT, I remained in the inforoo pick'em league because I wanted to retain a connection to inforoo in some capacity while I go through what any lawyer will say is the most time consuming and difficult year of law school. If you were paying attention, which I know you were, i was posting like a mad man on this website. The only way I felt I could stop is if I deleted my account. It's the off-season on this site anyway!
I have no problem with you jimmyroo, and I don't really want to kick you out, I do however want to keep this thing going through this year and onto the next. I didn't want to create controversy by having someone who wasn't affiliated with inforoo to win and have people become disenchanted and not want to play next time around. I stated that your reasons for deleting your account were none of my concern. I understand that your are super busy, and i respect that. Just do me a favor. Keep your account active, and just don't visit inforoo during your busy times. That way if you win, no one can complain. There is a member of this pool who was a friend of a current member, and when asked if he could join, I told him that he had to create an inforoo account. Sorry you feel attacked. That wasn't my intent.
Thank you! I am certainly not ditching inforoo after committing so much time and energy into this board. I learned SOOOOOOOO much from all the veterans leading up to this past Bonnaroo and passed along as much wisdom as I could myself. I look forward to continuing on here and when things pick up, answering questions for noobs. Despite all of the cliques and what not, I have found that the truest members of bonnaroo* are the people who help and encourage those seeking out inforoo for the first times.
I'm not sure what the issue really is here. If you were a member of inforoo at the time we started the pick em I would say you're a member. I know there have been contests in the past where the guidelines said you had to be a member by a certain date or have a certain number of posts. IMHO let him stay, if there are concerns set some guidelines.
Good grief, he was a member when he signed up and paid for the pool. Deleting your account does not take away from the time you are on the board. A lot of people slack off in the off season, whether you delete your account or not should not make a difference. Do we operate on a seniority system now? If you delete your account you lose it? He is back to compete in a POOL that he paid to be in. WTH is the big deal?
There is nothing to quit, no words were put in your mouth. There was a question mark at the end of that sentence. So don't put words in my mouth putting words in your mouth. Just can't believe this was an issue. Or maybe I can. If everyone is all cool, carry on and enjoy.
let him stay in, geez. like has been said before, he's one of "us" (and by "us", i mean the bonnaroo fans and purists). He's not some vegas shark picking games, and if he was on here to know about the league, all is good. picking games in the nfl is hard, and with confidence points, it's alot like betting. this is a wide open league, and this kind of controversy is really unnecessary. let's enjoy the season, and if you end up the winner, know you earned it and had a hell of a year. Go Broncos! (especially Peyton!)
