It's perspective with Kendrick as well. Gambino fits a very certain niche of fans. You either know of Gambino or you don't. Kendrick is a lot more buzz and word of mouth oriented than Gambino, he'll draw a lot more people just thinking oh yeah I've heard of this kid let's go give him a listen. If they struggle for premium hip hop acts i.e. no Wu-Tang, LN which on Friday would be pretty spot on.

Originally when that rumor started it was something like, "we lost him to an American festival" then someone came and said the translation was wrong and it was more like, "he thought American festivals are more important." The 1st one is almost a confirmation, the second leaves a lot open for interpretation.
