My bad, I didn't know when they had played last time they were at the farm. So they'd be more towards Friday/Saturday day spot. What ideas are there that stand out for Thursday, then? I actually enjoyed Thursday night quite a bit last year, and I'm hoping for a similar feeling this time around.
I'd say it means more than "nothing". Conor has played Roo before, they go on a east coast tour and leave out the state that host's 'Roo. I don't see why it wouldn't be valid speculation.
I'm somewhere in the middle. Yea....they didn't do Tennessee but I still think it's too early to consider that a reason for them to possibly be playing Roo. Like...I doubt they skipped Tennesse because they're going back 4 months later.
Certainly possible....but they could also end up doing different things come summer time.
I'm still holding out hope for Monsters of Folk set + Jim James set + Conor set + M. Ward set.

Yea, I agree with this. Also, I forgot he played in 2010 (first year I missed since '05) and now I remember being disappointed that he was there and I couldn't see it.
I remember walking to Beck's set, Weezer was on the Which and I was just laughing as herds of people pushed me out of the way to get a better spot to Weezer. I walked up to Jeff Beck's set (Jeff f*cking Beck!!) and was 5 feet away from the legend without really bumping into another body. I couldn't believe it. I forget what show was ending as he started, because a lot of his crowd trickled in from another concert if I remember correctly, but I was still stunned.
Get Beck and Rod on the Farm for a Faces show and I will buy a round of beer for everyone. I'm dead serious.
