there's only one guy selling tickets on ebay.
Two now and one is banking on Zep I think "THE BIG QUESTION : Led Zeppelin has NOT confirmed. We will update this listing if they do!" They are already asking $345 for the tix. I hope no one buys them from them!

i'm going to go ahead and throw this out there...
...maybe it was because they wanted to sell more of the expensive tickets to fund, say, the reunion of the century...
just sayin...
heh. While I don't at all expect Zep anymore, I do think it's true that most of us will be having very different hindsight on our prices once we're at the farm. And I'm not just talking about that amazing vibe that permeates you, I'm talking strictly about all the awesome additions and announcements to come. I did early bird last year, and was satisfied with the initial lineups, even moreso with the additions, with the jazz tent, with the activities, with the film series, the comedians, everything that came from the time I purchased the tix to the time I used them. I have to doubt that it'll happen again this year.

You are 100% correct- hopefully his history is ok in his account so the transaction isnt revoked, good to see another person who works with money around these places
Indeed it is good to see somebody else who is in the industry as well. From the people I typically work with I wouldn't expect too many Bonnaroo fans to be among the banking crowd. Maybe I'm just working at the wrong institution!
Yeah, Im a controller in finance for a large communcations company....a female and a life long Metallica fan! See....we arent all brainless mullet heads.....lol j/k most of the ones I know who are going all have good jobs, make good money and like alot of diverse music....

Well what moron would pay 345 when you can still buy tickets at bonnaroo.com for 100 dollars cheaper. It is stupid for a seller to go ahead and post tix this early (besides everyone is going through with the eBay strike this wekk right )
"That's the big thing about education. People can be book smart, but not really intelligent about anything else. A lot of times they just taking in all this information and regurgitate it. It's much more important to process it and personalize it. To apply it to your world, to your life. You have to walk the walk, or you can't really report about it honestly."
My order history said payment approved and I printed out the screen they recommended. I also rec'd and printed out the email.
I went back to the ticket website and when I tried to log-in again to check something in my order history, it wouldn't accept my log-in information. I tried the 'lost password' thing and it said that my email address wasn't found. ???
anyone else experience this?
That's very strange. I just logged out and switched browsers to see if that was the case for me but I logged in with no problem and my order history is there. As long as you have the emails you should be ok.
thanks for checking. The system let me re-register with the exact same info and there isn't any order history when I log in. I emailed the ticket people with the order number and other info... wonder how long a reply is going to take...
***EDIT**** I'm impressed---it's fixed! I can log in -and- the order is there.
Still, two people is hardly "The scalpers got them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
still 2 on ebay less than an hour after tickets went on sale. oh, and by the way, the box office is /still/ open.
Harvey Goldsmith (LZ's) promoter HATES scalpers more then the FANS. He tried to do everything he could to prevent them from getting tickets for the reunion concert.
I hope Led Zeppelin is anounced June 11. By then the touts will have dumped their tickets ( hopefully for half price ).
This is ridiculous - I just had to go to ebay to look and found this from stubhub:
GA GA 2 $300.00 each auction 4 DAY GA Up to 4 $322.00 each 4 DAY GA PASS Up to 7 $339.99 each Gen Admn 4 Day Up to 30 $378.00 each 4 DAY PASS GA Up to 18 $385.00 each GA GA Up to 4 $399.00 each 4 Day Pass GA Up to 8 $455.00 each 4 DAY GA Up to 13 $458.00 each GEN ADM 4 DAY Up to 8 $551.00 each
how the hell does one seller get "up to 30" tickets to sell at $378 each 4-DAY GA Up to 10 $551.00 each
that is wehre all the 1st tier and 2nd tier tickets went

Yeah i saw that. And on ebay if you click tickets, there are 8 listings, each with 2 tickets, for 1000 dollars
I guess I'll be volunteering. quack if I am paying 280 dollars for Bonnaroo tickets.
I'll pay it - for 4 days on the farm with music friends and fun - that comes out to $70 per day for dozens of bands - I could not see that many bands in one month for $70

I mean, I'm not saying it it terriibbblleee. But I am on an extremely tight budget and really can't afford that at all.

Or .... How bout this Idea...... AC/Superfly just keep the boxoffice open..... add a nother 5 or 10 thousand to satify demand ....... If anyone can buy a ticket at face value NOBODY would pay those prices. Those Fuc&ers will end up eating tickets (3 meals a day)
And I am going to EBAY and Stubhub to go to Bonnaroo.com to get tickets at face value.
I just have to say THANKS MOM!!! (she doesn't read this but oh well)
My husband and I decided last minute(10:59 staring at the screen) not to buy tickets this year due to low funds etc... so I told my mom she was off the hook this June(she's watched our kids for the past three roos) and she was bummed. She calls me about 30 minutes later and says Merry Christmas. Huh??? She bought our tickets!!! Now, she has less funds then us so I feel guilty but told her to make it our xmas, b day gifts and everything else for the next couple of years! So yeah, I have an awesome mumma!
