Saw them last night in Alabama. Killer show. Some pretty punk rock stuff.
Some thoughts:
The crowd was terrible, but it was awesome. Lots of baby boomers bitching about the setlist and the jamming. I guess they didn't realize what kind of band Crazy Horse is.
It's pretty awesome that even at his age, Neil can still horrify and offend his oldest fans.
He closed with "Roll Another Number". Wow.
If you get the chance, go see him. And try not to get bummed about the setlist. You just have to get into what he's doing and not focus on what he isn't.

Not quite sure what there is to complain about with this setlist. Yes it's heavy on the new album, but those are basically the best tracks on the album. Hopefully the baby-boomer set bitches to their friends in DC and the price of tickets on stubhub comes down a bit.

Totally agree. At ACL, we got Down by the River and Psychedelic Pill but didn't get Roll Another Number or Mr. Soul. The rest is pretty much the same. Twisted Road, Born in Ontario and Walk Like a Giant are all great, new songs and Needle and the Damage Done and Hey Hey are two of my favorite classics - I thought it was incredible.
