Hey all, I was wondering if anybody knew about the secondary market for Coachella tix. I see they go onsale again tomorrow, and I was going to try and get/flip a pair to help pay for Roo this year. Anyone know if it's easy to resell these tickets?

I honestly think it might be a little harder than previous years to do this. I was going to try for an extra tomorrow just in case my friends get shut out, but have decided against it because I don't want to lose money if nobody needs it and I have to re-sell.

Your going to have a real hard time getting even face value for them this year. They sold a lot of tickets on presale to people who were expecting a lot more mainstream EDM than they got.
I would never do a price that is too absurd, the main reason I'm asking is because I was scanning ebay, and people are listing them at 700-800, which is nuts.
Ive never once scalped A ticket for more then face value even for sold out, hard to get tix. Bad juju and all that stuff. But Ill reiterate what most have said. This year is probably the year youll have the smallest chance to capitalize on that move.

No way they're getting even close to that.
Also, I recommend selling (and buying) through stubhub. It's extremely easy and reliable. You can also see what tickets are actually selling for, which will set realistic expectations. I've been burned on craigslist too many times.
