Tiesto, Public Enemy, and Neil Young stand out in respect to past year additions. Widespread Panic and Jimmy Buffett were also big additions; although, they each arose from unique situations (Widespread Panic was because Allman Brothers had to back out; Jimmy Buffett was never officially announced, but Ilo & The Coral Reefer Allstars was an addition)
However, we've already had a round of additions, and I'd argue that Danzig Legacy is probably one of the bigger additions we've ever had.
Therefore, don't expect much. But it's good to always have some hope!
6/07: Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros (3 Rivers Arts Fest)
6/08: The Postal Service
6/12: Glen Hansard and Lisa Hannigan (3 Rivers Arts Fest)
6/19: Rancid and The Transplants
7/26-7/28: NEWPORT FOLK FESTIVAL!
Lollapalooza 07 / Bonnaroo 08,09,11,12 / FreeFest 09,10,11,12 / Made in America 12 / Newport Folk 13
1-1-12 Bassnectar NYE SHOW! 1-21-12 G. Love and Special Sauce 3-1-12 Radiohead 3-9-12 Experience Hendrix 5-15-12 Jack White @ The Ryman 6-7-12 Bonnaroo 6-19-12 Roger Waters presents "THE WALL" 7-7-12 Ringo Starr's 72nd Birthday Party Extravaganza at the Ryman

I'm still shocked Neil Young was an add in 2003.

I agree. How is that not the biggest? Danzig might have them barely beat but not by much.
Danzig does have them beat, by 8 spots. Obviously different additions will be "big" for different people, but I think this thread is for judging them based solely on the size/billing of the act.
