I just saw these guys a couple days ago and I was checking their face book page and found these excellent videos. They play and record a cover song will driving from show to show in their van. They've done about 15 of them and it is obvious looking through all of them they started as just a fun thing to pass the time but the more recent ones have been getting better and better. They have done some really cool songs and they have some unique instruments too (kazoo, ipad piano, melodica, omnichord). Check them out.

I love Nicki Bluhm. She's super sweet, has a killer voice, and sometime her husband Tim (of the Mother Hips) sits in with her band. But the best thing about her band is my buddy Steve Adams from ALO (and Big Light) on bass.
