Why do you think that? I feel like they are a big enough company to have their own web team.
There are plenty of major festivals that outsource such things. Most of the bigger US fest do I know. I knew of one of the companies at one point, they did quite a few of the big fests, but now for the life of me I can't remember the name. Ugh.
I'll try and find the name so I can show I'm not a complete babbling idiot. Promise it's the truth though.
You might be thinking of Gupta Media, Bonnaroo is one of their clients and they created the "Zoltaroo" schedule app two years ago. They probably created this year's app.

Thanks! That is not the company I was thinking of, because the one I'm thinking of didn't do anything with Roo. But thank you though, either way this helps prove I'm not completely making up the idea that they outsource a lot of aspects to other companies.

Let's hope it's really not Taylor Swift, Rod Stewart, Tim McGraw, Seether and Bill Cosby after all...
Not to derail this thread, but I just have to make a quick little comment about Taylor Swift. Why do so many guys find her attractive? I don't see the appeal myself.

Not any better than any other act. Maynard said in an interview "Puscifer will not be a Bonnaroo"
