I highly doubt Bonnaroo does it's own coding/sets up its own website.
Why do you think that? I feel like they are a big enough company to have their own web team.
There are plenty of major festivals that outsource such things. Most of the bigger US fest do I know. I knew of one of the companies at one point, they did quite a few of the big fests, but now for the life of me I can't remember the name. Ugh.
I'll try and find the name so I can show I'm not a complete babbling idiot. Promise it's the truth though.
