Giving up Bonnaroo to work on an album, I think that was a huge mistake on their part.
You're also talking about a band that can play several festivals in a weekend over there.
Bonnaroo is pretty small potatoes in comparison.
But I feel like playing Bonnaroo would expose them to a whole new audience, and allow their music to potentially catch on more with americans. Right now with the Kvelertak cancellation, most people are like "...who?"

I watched a few of their videos and didnt really like it, but I was still excited to see them as they were the most interesting metal band going to be there this year (IMO, sorry Danzig fans).
but now they have nothing left to do but BRING QUACKING BARONESS

I don't recall. Has anyone suggested Dr. Dog yet? They have tour dates on their site up through the end of March and they just released a new album this year which is pretty wicked. Thoughts?

Pretty sure Dr. Dog has been mentioned by a few, but they would still be a great addition. Really surprised they weren't on the initial lineup, being roo vets and having a new album out. Plus their drummer joined the band after meeting the lead singer at Bonnaroo, which is cool.
Be the Void has been my favorite release of 2012 so far, and it seems like the band has finally found their groove. I like their past stuff, but they all seem to copy the sound of late Beatles albums.
Down would blow my mind. Always wanted to see them since deciding to not use my damage plan ticket on the thought that I can always catch them next time, ooops.
Edit spelling that altered context

Yep, looks like he pulled the Twitter message down too. Definitely think this means today is additions day. Now the speculation. Is this Sam alone? Sam Bush and Friends Late Night set? Bluegrass Allstars (please!)? Bela Fleck and Abigail Washburn both have tour free weekends and I could see either or both sitting in.
