Depends on what that Bluegrass Supergroup is. If it's on the schedule in the booklets handed out at the gates, and has listed "Featuring Bela Fleck, Keller Williams, Chris Thile, and Old Crow Medicine Show performing Grateful Grass II," it'd be a huge draw, methinks.

I'm thinking there might be a scheduling shuffle. Perhaps moving a stage act from day to night and then having a tent act graduate to a stage. Either that or we get a Neil Young and Crazy Horse announcement next week
Is it safe yet to say that organizers simply don't care about overcrowding at tents Friday night, or do we give them a few more days?
Not safe to say at all. Could be planned to have Radiohead go long or they could announce a last minute which stage act.
You keep saying this about Radiohead and I'm just not buying it. I think 2.5 hours is really the max you could expect out of a Radiohead set that's billed as 2 hours, but hell, even if they play till one I don't know how that's comparable to have a Which Stage LN to split up the crowd.
I think the most likely scenarios are: 1. Schedule shuffle 2. Line up addition (could also be combined with #1, like add Bluegrass Supergroup but not on the Which) 3. Ticket sales are way off and AC doesn't think LN Which is necessary 4. Radiohead plays 3 hours
How long does it take to print 75000+ schedules? I'd think they would be going to the printers soon which would essentially eliminate any late add.
Most of the book can be printed well in advance. The actual schedule section can be printed and bound with the rest of the book pretty close to opening day.

Was the "we're about to sell out" email just a marketing ploy? Or Maybe their way of saying get tickets now because if you wait any longer we won't be able to ship them on time?

"we are about to sell out soon" translates to "we are about to add CSNY".
