I fell in love with his self titled. I'm going to his Cleveland show in April with ziggyandthemonkeys from here, I get a double dose of SBTRKT live this year!

I found myself so conflicted inside with the urge to dance my ass off and the immovable awe that the live production skills the duo possess left me in. I did a little of both. Aaron Jerome is an absolute beast. Check out those drumming skills.

OK wow. Slept on this way too long. This just shot up my big board
Sanctuary, Pharoahs, Ready Set Loop and Go Bang are all fantastic. And thats just on the first listen through. I think the vocals kind of take away from the tracks though. The chick is good on Wildfire but I think his vocals kind of take away from it a little bit. Again, this is just on first listen. My mind could change. Barring conflicts, I am DEFINITELY gonna be at this show though.
I've been listening to the album again for the first time since summer so was happy to see him on there. Not an act I'm crazy about, but definitely something I put on from time to time and always enjoy. Forgive my ignorance, but does he usually have live vocals during his shows? I believe he did at Moogfest if I remember reading right.
"In the darkness hundreds of glowsticks streaked the air like tracer shots in war. Giant inflatables bounced over dozens of light sabers pointed skyward. Stuffed animals impaled on sticks danced above the hot crowds, puppeted by someone just given ecstasy by a friend made seconds before."
