Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I haven't even listened to Kendrick Lamar or Danny Brown but The Roots and BlackStar. What else do you need? And Ludacris is 10 times more interesting than Drake.

lineup definitely lacks metal, but hopefully that will be fixed with the adds later on. To everyone complaining about the rap/hip-hop: Blackstar usually throws some Mos Def/Talib songs into their set, and they are amazing performers. Happy to finally start posting on the board!
Definitely intrigued by this. Saw some Orchestra Baobab in '08 and that was great show with alot of musical talent. I expect AfroCubism to be just as good if not better

Dude. Check this out. They are in Spain the week before and Primavera is saying this is one of the "last shows" they will do. I dunno why though. This would easily be a top 10 for me if I wasn't already seeing them.
The Roots and Blackstar are definitely top tier hip hop acts. They should make up for crap acts like Mac Miller and Yelawolf
Mac Miller I can't stand. Yelawolf I wouldn't mind at all. And it's not because he's with Shady, either. The only Shady artist I like aside from Yela is Ca$his.
are people just assuming roots will back blackstar? not that its a far fetched idea, just wondering if someone saw concrete evidence.
needless to say, i approve.
No I think people are saying that having The Roots AND having Black Star is awesome. Some hoped that Roots would back them but I don't think it's assumed.

????? RooRadio is currently playing RooAlumni "that will be back on the farm THIS June."
They just played Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros....Am I missing something/overlooking them on the lineup? Are we looking at our first add-on? Did she make a mistake?
We should all bow our heads in silence for a moment to thank insider for once again being 100% accurate with what she gave us. Pray to her if you must. We now know yet again that we have a great, reliable source of info. Although we all trust her already, this gives her even more credit to new people who show up here or those who don't believe. I am going to do a bit of ritualistic animal sacrifice in her honor, then release my seed into a bottle of Fanta. Thank you, insider!
Absolutely. Still, the question remains: did negotiations with someone fall through, or was she referring to Beach Boys all along?
Like others have said, it is top heavy, and the top 10 is pretty weak. I might end up going to the Hangout, but the atmosphere at Bonnaroo is hard to beat so IDK.
Side note: it's interesting that they got John Anderson to announce the lineup

Yeah I heard he got picked up Eminem. Just not a fan of Yelawolf's style and his rhymes. His voice is like an annoying white version of Lil Wayne.

I usually don't care about any of the headliners when I go to Bonnaroo... for me, it's almost always about the undercard. The fact that, finally, there are some headliners that I actually like, is making me SO happy. Also, 11th grade me is flipping out over Radiohead + RHCP + The Shins + Ben Folds Five + Ludacris.
