I was lying in a burned out basement With the full moon in my eyes. I was hoping for replacement When the sun burst thru the sky. There was a band playing in my head And I felt like getting high.
KILLED it last night at the Paradise in Boston! The place loved her too, after her first song of her encore the crowd was deafening and Britney was clearly blown away, and just leaned over to the mike said "I don't think we've ever had a crowd this loud before." Then proceeded to rip another two songs. Great set, played a lot longer then I thought for the venue. Can't wait to see them rock the farm!
PS - My head is killlling me today... Boooo Mondays!

Incredible show...totally blew me away. Crowd was deafening, Brittany called it the "loudest crowd [she] ever met". Enjoy the recording, it sounds great.
They rocked a sold out show in Toronto last night for the last show of their tour! Brittany is the REAL DEAL....Cant wait to catch them again on the farm!!!!!

Thanks a bunch. I was hoping a live recording would come out soon.

While I am thankful that they were not scheduled at exactly the same time as Phantogram, I am sad that I will likely get a horrible spot as I rush over there right at 11:30.

This is going to be Sleigh Bells-esque. Consider skipping Phantogram altogether if the Alabama Shakes show is important to you.
They will have a huge crowd but I'm sure Big Gigantic and esp. Mimosa will draw their fair share. I wouldn't skip Phantogram, just keep moving up on the Shakes as the crowd dies off a bit.
-When I Hear My Name -Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground -Blue Orchid -Passive Manipulation -Red Rain -Death Letter -My Doorbell -Hotel Yorba -Same Boy You've Always Known -Lovesick -Little Ghost -We're Going to Be Friends -The Hardest Button to Button -Black Math -The Nurse -I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself
Encore: -Ball and Biscuit -Seven Nation Army -Screwdriver
Bump for if you want to see this show you better get there before Kendrick Lamar ends.
I'm getting there before Kendrick Lamar begins. Gotta have a great spot for this act..
I'll be right there with you, mostly because I'm really looking forward to seeing Kendrick too. I just hope mimosa goes past his scheduled end time so I can catch some of his set too

Kendrick's set is going to be a great show. Hiiii power!
Keep in mind, LOTS of people will be at Big Gigantic and Mimosa. At least I hope. I did notice on the Roo app however, that Sleigh Bells had 3,500 likes to Alabama Shakes 1,900. Here's to hoping we avoid another cluster quack.

According to current schedule adds, Alabama Shakes has 1,000 more adds than either Big Gigantic or Mimosa. It's going to be a cluster, sorry.

Ditto what sang said. Alabama Shakes were fantastic last night.. The lead singer owns that mic and they will rock the farm. JW was amazing, but I expected that. Alabama Shakes surprised me with how good they were.

There were a few bands that I saw when the lineup card came out that I was automatically excited for because I already enjoyed there music, but over the past few weeks I have tried to listen to a little bit of all the bands playing at roo so I could find out what I want see.
I think the Alabama Shakes were my favorite band that I didn't know on the roo card, there fantastic. I love there time slot, 11: 30 on the first night...I think they going to lay the ground for a great weekend!
Don't think that the show is gonna be as crowded as Sleigh Bells was last year. First Sleigh Bells was at the Other Tent which is the smallest out of all the stages. Plus from what I can remember, there were about 10-11k people who had them added to their schedule on Bonnaroo.com, where Alabama Shakes is on a bigger stage with about half the people adding them to their schedule.
Will it be crowded? Yes, but nothing to what Sleigh Bells was or what Bassnectar was that year in the same tent.
