One more thing. Before I send the email could I have some fun facts to include? Like, how long Inforoo has had a base camp in tent only, roughly how many people usually show up, and info about past brunches.
I will ask the guy I'm in contact with for dance safe who I should contact about this.
I got impatient and went ahead and wrote up a first draft.
To Whom it May Concern,
My name is Karen Logue. I'm writing this on behalf of the Inforoo community and message board. Every year a bunch of people from Inforoo hosts a group camp in the Tent Only section of GA camping. It's been a wonderful home base for a lot of people and expecially helpful to those that are traveling alone or via plane. It provides a safe and fun atmosphere at Bonnaroo for the GA camper. Also on Friday at the festival Camp Inforoo holds it's annual brunch. A lot of people show up from other camping sections of Bonnaroo too. People bring food and drinks to share. It's a perfect way to start the day and meet new friends at the festival. The only negative is how popular Camp Inforoo has become. Every year more and more people want to be a part of it and space has become an issue. So I was wondering if there is anything that can be done about possibly reserving a section of Tent Only or another GA camp location to accomodate the very loyal Camp Inforoo patrons at THe Bonnaroo Music and Arts festival. Please forward this letter to the correct party so that we can start a dialogue. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
I will likely be coming alone this year and therefore am seriously considering joining you all in Tent Only. Is it really that loud and tough to get any sleep, JHo? Even if I brought my mask and earplugs?
From what I saw last year the table space and available chairs were the things that were lacking.
I think it would be cool if the set up could look something like 6 EZups in the middle with a bunch of those white folding banquet tables in the center of that. Then all of the tents surrounding the shade.
Don't think I can bring a couch...although that would be sweet! Pretty sure that I'm doing TO. Putting up my EZ up by myself would be a biznatch, if for no other reason...lol. Plus I'm looking forward to hanging with everyone.

Last year was my first year in tent only. My tent was setup right next to the main camp inforoo area and I had no problem sleeping with earplugs. Don't think I woke up once because of noise and managed to sleep through til about 8am each morning.
Zen I am a light sleeper so I try to stay away from "action" areas to gelp me get some sleeper. I am a horrible person to people that keep me from sleep so that's why I will camp away from nice folks You will be fine!
