Looks like Blur could possibly be playing some more reunion shows next year, but this time outside of the UK. I would absolutely love to see Blur at Bonnaroo. They would probably be a pre-headliner (MMJ 2010 spot). I just have a bad feeling we're gonna see them only on Coachella's lineup.
very interested to see what a US tour schedule would look like seeing as how they were much, much bigger in Europe. also hoping they shift up the setlist a bit. not a big fan of the 2009 reunion set.

Girls and Boys is one of the best songs of the 90s, and one of the most quintessentially "British" pop songs ever written. I love Blur and would be thrilled to see them on the big stage.
Parklife, Charmless Man, and Country house are all amazing Blur tunes...they'd be a PERFECT act to close out the Which Stage on Sunday, espcially if it's an exclusive over the other fests.
1. She's So High 2. Girls & Boys 3. Tracy Jacks 4. There's No Other Way 5. Jubilee 6. Badhead 7. Beetlebum 8. Out of TIme 9. Trimm Trabb 10. Coffee & TV 11. Tender 12. Country House 13. Oily Water 14. Chemical World 15. Sunday Sunday 16. Parklife 17. End of a Century 18. To The End 19. This Is A Low
E1: 20. Popscene 21. Advert 22. Song 2
E2: 23. Death Of A Party 24. For Tomorrow 25. The Universal
some festivals had an abbreviated version with about 9 less songs. I'd imagine a non-headlining Bonnaroo set would be about 15 songs.
i really can't gauge where they'd be on the lineup. They have been broken up for a few years so they aren't super relevant, and they never really made it huge in the states, except for Song 2. I could see them in MMJ's spot, but I could also see them in The Strokes' spot.
Either way, if the article in the OP still holds true with the possibility they have some U.S. shows coming up this year, and the fact that they ARE NOT on the Coachella lineup, this could be a big get for Bonnaroo that sets them apart from the other lineups this year. I could see them billed in SCI's or Robert Plant's spot on the lineup.

Aside from people who only know them for "Song 2", they have a Pulp-esque cult following in the States, so I would guess that they would be in the Primus or MMJ spots from last year. This isn't going to happen though. They've said they're going to do some US dates for a while now. My guess is Coachella 2013.

This would be legendary. I would break down in tears during "Tender". Hoping they would get a LN which like they deserve but I doubt they would put a big UK act as the only LN stage show of a night, too polarizing. Probably pre-headliner so people who don't know who they are have other options
It was a pair of BBC live sessions. Cool, but nothing that gives us any more hope than before. If they actually do make it to the US, it will probably be at Coachella.
