Feel like I should chime in on this whole Sproat/facebook talk. He friended me a long time ago, I was probably one of the first people from inforoo he friended. I even asked who he was and he openly told me. This was all before we knew how nuts he was.
Anyway, once I found out how crazy he was (and especially how he threatened Karosko), I defriended him, around last fall. I guess he didn't notice until January, and subsequently sent me friend request after friend request that I kept denying. Finally, I told facebook that I didn't know him outside of FB, which will not allow him to send me anymore requests.
That same day, he posted on the inforoo facebook group how someone from this board reported him as spam and went on a crazy rant. The post was only up for about 30 minutes, I suppose he deleted it. Then he sent me a message saying "Hey, I noticed we aren't facebook friends anymore. I'm planning on going VIP this year and wanted to get to know others." I simply told him I was keeping facebook private and open only to people I know personally.
Anyway, dude seems a bit off his rocker. Perhaps that's the online persona he wants to have, I dunno. But I don't deal with crazy people, online or in real life.

Has anyone actually ever met him? Did his facebook look like a legit page or could it have been a fake page someone made? If you have seen the movie Catfish it could be like that. Where some weirdo makes up a fake page and messes with people.

It is 100% him. He is a weirdo who messes with people, but his facebook page isn't fake.
Radiohead, prince, muse, chili peppers, etc...and they are lucky if they get 1 mill, but they normally only get 500 k
then you have third tier : snoop, dre, J z...they get 100 k
then you have 4th tier : black keys, munford byoncee, Prince etcc: they get 50k

For the record he is pretty successful at getting major internet attention when he wants. Like that the dirty thing mentioned he runs the fake Bill Walton twitter which has been retweeted by just about every sportscaster out there and has even been mentioned on sports center and various other sports tv and radio shows. He runs the Bonnaroo Leaks twitter account which "leaked" one of the more spread around fake lineups last year. I am also about 99% sure he was the Lollaleaks guy who leaked the fake lolla headliner this year and got in a fight with Perry. There were other such things that he would talk about in the old chat days but I can't remember the details.

Oh geez. I am really really glad I trusted my instincts and deleted him when I did.
I know people sometimes think I'm weird/rude/b*tchy, but if I get a bad vibe from someone (and yes, you can get bad vibes from someone over the interwebz), I am quick to distance myself from that person.
